Where in the world is Joe Lewis??

Isn't he about 100 years old? Probably sitting in a puddle of his own piiiss and talking to a pot plant.

I'd assume, and I have no way of proving this but Lewis at his age, with his worldwide business interests etc will only pay a passing interest in the club?

I'd assume he is a Spurs fan? or was the buy out a business deal? he does seem to get a bt of an easy ride in comparison to Levy, manager, players etc to be fair

Exactly, fans know diddly squat about Joe Lewis. This club is more of a reflection of him than levy. The apathy comes direct from Joe Lewis. Levy is just his property developer masquerading as a Club Dircetor.

Lewis will be on his yacht.

If you want to know where that is you can track it here:

And even if Lewis did get rid of Levy (HIGHLY unlikely) the next appointment might be a person of a similar disposition and business acumen? the Summer break will be huge for Spurs, whilst there will likely/hopefully be changes to the playing squad it will be just as interesting what happens "upstairs"?

People need to get over it. We are owned by ENIC, Lewis is the majority shareholder and has never spoken publically. Levy does the day to day. That's it. simple. Move on!

Lewis cannot attend matches very often as he would lose his tax exempt status. I think his yacht is now banned from the Pool of London for some reason as well so his visits to the UK (which he helped to tip into financial crisis once before don't forget) are bound to be infrequent. Spurs fans are right to hold him in contempt, he has presided over a period of failure with indifference.

Fair point, my club have an owner we never hear from Dermott Desmond but he seems to have got involved when it has been necessary on the footballing side although like Lewis you would probably never be aware of it, a genuine question I would have is how interested is both Joe and ENIC in any footballing decisions or is the club a business option, no criticism of either way of thinking but it might make a big difference moving forward?

Yeh let’s all be silent because Devonshire the Levy ball licker on Ja606 says so. Why don’t you stop with your patronising bulls** for once. The fans have every right to continuously vent their anger and frustrations at the incompetent heirarchy at Spurs. If it takes years to get these f*** out, then so be it. Newcastle fans eventually managed it and so will we. Deal with it you Levy ass licker.

The club is a business first and foremost with Enic - in fact I would say it ceased being a football club the day Poch left.

What we are, and someone who has worked with Levy described us as this the other week, is an “event destination”

Want to watch NFL in Europe - Spurs stadium, want to see Beyoncé - Spurs stadium, want to watch championship boxing or top level Rugby - Spurs stadium. Want to watch Premier League football, Spurs Stadium.

The stadium has overtaken the football club, everything is about the stadium

Lewis’s personal greed crashed the British economy on Black Wednesday, 1000’s lost their jobs but he made a lot of money off it.

He doesn’t give a flying fek about Spurs as long as he’s getting a healthy dividend every year

Wind your neck in. Piff is a Celtic fan hence his DD reference.

Celtic fans had mass protests when Rangers eventually ran away with the covid league and helped effect change. Rangers fans had mass match boycotts that helped get rid of their leech board.

Right now there's more barnacles sitting in your stadium than is on Lewis' 321ft boat. Deal with it.

I agree, that’s the issue we have - still a large section of the fan base brainwashed and another section full of faaaacking tourists who just want to see the stadium.

Our number is growing considerably - and the last 2 weeks have swelled the ranks - it won’t be too much longer now

----------------------------------------------------------------------

Correct - but he gets a pass because A) he has never given a schitt and never pretended to B) he makes zero footballing decisions at the club - he has always been a silent partner C) he is as old as faaaack now

Levy’s no frontman for Lewis, Lewis is just the money behind Levy - it’s Levy making errors left right and centre. The money is no longer an issue really - we go into tournaments like the Europa League and European Conference league as the richest club in it - the issue is with strategy, that is firmly and exclusively on Levy

That's all you do though you utter misery. Moan moan moan. You even moan about ticket prices but never attend anyway. YOu moan about the stadium that raises £80m extra matchday revenue, you moan about the other uses that raise 10s of millions of additional revenue, you moan we dont spend enough, even though we posted a £50m loss last season.

There some serious and legitimate things to moan about with the club, I accept that, but when you speak those real issues are lost in deafening whiney biiitch noises you constantly make.

Neither Lewis or Levy take a dividend.

And to single our Lewis for crashing the economy . You're just lashing out because City's owners are straight-up cheats! and you're trying to drag others down with you.

Hey Don..... U and I have agreed a lot over the years and we have both been proved right. Anyone with a little foresight could have seen this coming years ago.

However, we have to be careful when it comes to all this stuff about forcing Enic out. It creates a false narrative. Newcastle fans didn't force Ashley out !, they publicly hated him and made his life uncomfortable (same with Man United) but he left because the Saudi's wrote him a massive check. It will be the same with Man United and will only be the case at spurs, if and when that situation repeats itself.

Tottenham Hotspur are an asset of a private holding company in Enic. Put all history, love for the club aside.... there is zero you can do.

You would have more chance of changing the management of Tesco if you didn't like their customer service or price of their milk..... Sadly you'd need to buy 300mln shs to become an activist shareholder.... That is simply not the case with Spurs. Sure, we can all scream and shout, use the media for leverage but there will always be a "Fall Guy" that Levy & Co can blame/ sack BUT while the TV Money, sponsorship & commercial activity rolls in, ENIC, Lewis & Levy have no interest in our opinions. The only thing that will bring about change is a massive check that meets their valuation and nobody screaming and shouting has one of those.

Like you, I don't care anymore, it's not worth it.... There some good football to be watched in the Prem in Arsenal, City, United, Newcastle & Brighton etc..... all a far better watch than Spurs.... Focus the energy on the family/ kids etc... its much better for your health ... Hope you're all good

Nothing makes money like money - I think I’m right in saying that Levy’s son now owns a very successful and profitable finance company - I’m sure he has great business acumen given his genes, but also knowing you quite literally have billions behind you if you hit a snag has to help as well.

A life that sadly 99.9999% of us will never know
