Martial , Maguire and McT would be 3 homegrown players leaving your squad that would prob need replaced
We obviously need to know what's happening with Greenwood too. If he is going to play again for us, and that's not certain right now, then that surely dramatically changes our transfer strategy this summer.

He has proved before he has no issue selling to us. Manchester Utd and Spurs aren't historical rivals just rivals for top 4 at present. I don't see that being enough to stop him.
Ultimately it will come down to Kane. He holds all the cards with 1 year left. No way are Spurs going to risk £80-90m. No sane business minded club would.

Levy sold Modric to Madrid for less money than Chelsea offered, a lot less. It is not always a pure and simple financial decision even if Levy is a businessman.

Looking at the PL table and the teams threatened with relegation there could be some players there we could sign to help with the homegrown quota whilst also strengthening the squad.

If a foreign club is in the race then I agree that's the most sensible option. But if not there's no way he is going to risk losing nearly £100m to keep him for just one more season. It makes no sense at all.
I don't think many Spurs fans would think bad of him joining us anyway. We are the biggest club in the country and it's not like he'd be playing for Arsenal or Chelsea is it?
I'd personally love to see him in our team. Think he deserves the chance to play for a big club too before he's past his best.

We don't lose money by not selling him, we just dont gain it.
Levy sold Modric to Madrid for less money than Chelsea offered, a lot less. It is not always a pure and simple financial decision even if Levy is a businessman.
I don't think Kane would go abroad, for family and PL record reasons

Looking at the PL table and the teams threatened with relegation there could be some players there we could sign to help with the homegrown quota whilst also strengthening the squad.

You're saying that as a fan who doesn't want to see it happen though.
