Id say its one of the reasons that Liverpools defence has been so exposed.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
But Thiago has only played in 15 games this season,
Their weakness in defence had been due to a combination of key injuries throughout the squad, ageing players filling in, the terrible form of Fabinho and teams having an absolute field day with Trent most weeks.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
i didnt say it was the sole reasons I said one of the reasons

I don't think it's fair to judge players in the present circumstances at Chelsea. As soon as you get any instability it becomes really hard to motivate and manage the players. And let's face it Chelsea have instability to beat the band at the moment.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Goes way beyond that when one can't even get the fundamentals right.
Felix has no obvious fixed position and is a horrible tactical fit for any coach...limited.
Neither fills any obvious needs in the team, his profile is never a pressing requirement to address issues in the team. Only compounds the issues.
Out of all our January signings, by far the worst. The saving grace and silver-lining is this only a temporary fixture.
Initially I thought I'll reserve my doubts / judgement...let's see if a change of environment would make him any better, seeing him still look distinctly average (with no redeeming qualities worth keeping around)...one then comes the realisation that Simeone wasn't the problem, especially when you take into consideration the attackers that have been successful under him - https://pbs.twimg.com/media/FsjKpoyXoAITJ7o.jpg?format=jpg&name=large
Sure few of them didn't reach their full potential under Simeone, but they were a success in their own right under him.
Felix should be consigned to the bench for the forseeable... Doesn't do nearly enough in advantageous positions / moments to justify starting and permanently buying him.
Ample sample size to gauge and come to that conclusion.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
he is quite clearly and obviously a 10.

valueing Joao Felix at 5 mill serious undrmines our chances of not having to give odoi and such away for free.
