Don't get me wrong. Always have been Spurs and always will, but I have zero enthusiasm for this game ( or any other Spurs game ) until we get a team back, with players that can actually play and can generate some excitement for us fans, rather than frustrate, disappoint and bore us to death.
To be honest, I am currently more interested in City winning the PL. Yeah, normally I would want anything but a doped club to buy every bit of their success, but can you imagine if Arsenal win the PL ? my god Gooners would go on, and on, and on about it on every media outlet, like for ever.
I agree with Steve, I lack enthusiasm.
That being said, there are usually goals in Bournemouth games, at both ends. I think it could be 2-1 Spurs again before we go on a 3 game winless streak.
Would like to see Son play well and score again and Harry keep adding to his tally. Signs of life from Kulu and Richarlison would be nice as well.
Would be good to see Villa start the day with a win over Newcastle.
Amazing that we are still in the hunt for top 4.

For once this season I’d just like us to go after a team from the off. Go for the jugular and score early and again soon after. The oppo today are there for the taking and as usual we know what that means from us usually…. A very poor display.

Now we're out of all the cup competitions and unlikely to do much in the league this season has the feel of an international tournament after England go out and I stop really caring.

Our horrible negative style is probably the exact game plan that will get a result today - Bournemouth don’t do sitting back, they will leave gaps and Kane with space is usually deadly.
I fully expect us to be outplayed though, but think our superior forwards mean we win it

Think Perisic will be key for me...He brings in so much of Kane's prowess in the box when he is in attacking mood and cuts inside and delivers those fantastic balls that keepers and defenders hate, but strikers like Kane relish.
A combo of Perisic and Kane will probably unlock them today....
Though Perisic has been awful in games mostly because he was told to defend!
Perisic also unlocks Son totally refuting the baseless claims that the pair can work together. That fantastic goal from Sonny against Brighton stems from Perisic taking the ball into the Brighton half and cutting inside and laying it off to Sonny.

Yes, this is why I am watching it...Villa have found form so it will be interesting . Newcastle have had the odd rub of the green so hopefully not today.

probably we are at the same level of expectations for the season...Just with the added twist of the eternal hope that is flickering right now for top 4.
Top 4 is what we need to attract better players...if we can offer this to them next season.
hopefully we see a longer Sarr cameo this week
