Yep and he is stalling on signing a scholarship...
Dorrington the CB looks like a unit. Terese Hall the CM, Irow, Donley had 3 assists and is another exciting forward. Three years older than Mikey Moore who is one of the best in the country in his age group apparently.
Lots to be excited about if they continue to progress. Probal

I've seen Spurs win 14 trophies, including three European. How many you seen Arsenal win? Probably a couple of FA Cups if you are lucky. Certainly not any European trophies.

He Is starting to see them bottle a title though
Great job π
Hopefully our under 21s and ladies team can stay in their respective divisions as both flirting with relegation. Looking bleak for the boys in particular . As for the ladies, to think they and ManU ladies got promoted in the same 2019 season.
One is now ahead in the league and close to the title whilst the other is fighting to avoid dropping straight back down.!
Levy does not do vision on the pitch.
Academy is so so important to creating a good culture at the club. Something Poch understood.
Hasn’t the head of the academy resigned recently ?

Scary how neglected the kids are. Devine and co should be getting at least 100 first team minutes a season. Even if only 10 minutes a game for 10 games.
5 subs this season has been ignored by all our coaches

Yup, saw people bigging up Evan Ferguson of Brighton when we have very similar in Lankshear. Same age, same build, better scoring rate but can't get a sniff of first team and Ferguson does.
The next manager has to sign some type of clause to use our academy in the first team. Something reasonable that he and the club can agree on. Whether it's always 2 outfield kids on the bench and one gets subbed on every 3 games in some capacity. Even if 5 mins at the end

Yep. Another thing the club has forgotten. Another reason why I want Poch back.
Poch used to hold back youngsters from going on loan. He preferred they stayed and learn the ropes at Hotspur Way. Remember Kyle Walker-Peters?
Poch wouldn't have allowed Skipp to go out on loan for a season either. It's a total myth to say Poch did the right thing by youth team players.
If Poch was in charge now the likes of Parrot and Scarlett would not be playing in the lower divisions.
This is another reason not bring Poch back!
Keep making up lies about Poch though, and I will do my best to debunk them ππ»
Mikey Moore is a great name, probably will leave us to go somewhere that offers an actual pathway though
The club has to have a strict youth policy which all managers must subscribe to. Moving forward the club must have rules for every manager to ensure the proper ethos is restored. Any fancy manager that doesn't subscribe to front foot football, especially at home with a 'academy youth integration/game time policy can do one

And I think that is the reason why is stalling on a new contract but he is only 15 years old. Just read he was given a chance this season to play in the youth champions league games which was appreciated by his family. Hopefully he stays.
Scholarship not contract*
I’m not sure winning an u17 competition means your academy is good enough.
