Agree a 3 5 2 or similar would be the way to go, giving us Maddison behind two forwards
I wouldn't want Ndidi anywhere near the team today, he is shot through atm
It's going to be a very nervous afternoon
Agree TB. Obviously, Iversen in goal and definitely Praet as opposed to KDH.

Who is "Cags"?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Soyuncu
Not sure I'd start without a goalie 😀
Iversen
Faes Souttar Cags
Castagne Praet Mendy Kristiansen
Madders
Daka Ian
I prefer to say 3-4-1-2 although it might end up as 5 at the back.
Oh and it's Top's fault for facilitating Brendan.

I understand why you'd pick him but we also need that work rate of KDH, he might not be as skillful but he puts a shift in.
Not appreciated under Rodgers ball because it's so slow and ponderous but if we really get the tempo up KDH would come into his own.

It's ultimately always the person at the Tops ( ) fault but Rodgers is still the man who's destroyed the Club from the inside, he's the cvnt, Tops was just naïve in believing in him for far too Long.

Not sure about KDH. He did look really promising but I don’t believe he thinks quickly enough; misses the opportunity of playing the killer ball too often. Also has form for giving it away and plays backwards/sideways too often. I think we can thank Bodgers for that.
There’s no doubt that Brendan started really well and had three decent seasons, despite bottling it at the end. Most managers have a shelf life and when things stop working, they have to change things. Doesn’t look like Rodgers was able to do that.
Some good noises coming out of the camp about Smith, Shakespeare and Terry though: let’s hope they have the desired effect.

Not disagreeing about Brendan but unfortunately Top is proving to useless compared with Vichai. I'm still hopeful he's learning and will improve. A change of DoF would be a good step in the right direction to demonstrate he can get better.
I’m not far off Nuneaton’s team which finished the game so well against Man City.
It wouldn’t surprise me to see Ndidi, Vardy and Tielemans starts in a 3-5-2, but personally I’d want to see Ian play either in a 1 or 2.
Personally Mendy would be in my team over Ndidi and Tielemans, but I don’t think Smith will do that from the statements he’s been making this week.
What he has said though is that he wants to be on the front foot, so let’s hope we can at least look more balanced and creative without being open at the back.
Maddison throwing a sickie, bottle job not up for the fight?
