The absolute minimum they can do and a clear acknowledgement that at least some of them did not prepare properly or put in the requisite effort.
A very sad day for club that our own players have essentially acknowledged that. A lot of them need to get going this summer - it’s start again time

It wasn't the Chairman who played cr*p was it?
We can blame Levy for many things, but it’s the players and coaches who are to blame. Who changes your formation from a back 3 to a back four and gives you only 3 training sessions to adapt to it.
Some of our players struggle when they know what they are doing, only an idiot would think they could be introduced to an alien system and expect all to be well🤬🥴

Who made that guy in charge? Or the bloke before him? Or the bloke before him?
In 2 calendar years we’ve had 5 different managers - and Mason has had to do it twice. At what point does it start being the fault of the bloke who keeps chopping and changing everything?
We’re lucky if the players know who the manager is for the next match

I agree with most of what you said - but O’hara was the first in the mainstream media to point out that Conte wasn’t backed this summer.
Despite what a couple on here believe (not yourself) that was our number one problem - Levy bought players he felt were good value rather than buying what Conte needed. We got “club signing” Spence for £20m, Udogie for £20m - loaned straight back as part of the agreement, Forster on a free and Lenglet as a loan option.
Rumour is we only got Richarlison because Levy is mates with Kenwright and could strike a deal. Bissouma was the value signing due to his legal troubles and contract situation.
The only signing that was 100% Conte’s was Perisic.

And this is the problem with the Levy is doing okay lot, if you just revert the blame to those that are the easiest to replace I.e. the managers (5 in 2 years) and the players then you miss or worse still ignore the main issue and chief cause of our woes.
You undermine any merit in any potentially valid argument you may have because you refuse to believe that the man that has hired all of the managers that were to blame who in turn picked all of the players that were then played is the chief root of the problem.
You come across as completely ignorant of basic route cause analysis and almost delusional of the reality of the situation

The difference between our 2 positions is yours in black and white, it's all Levy's fault.
Mine is that Levy is culpable in many of the bad choices that have been made over the years but has also contributed to many of the positive things that have happened.
The last 2 years have been a disaster, and Levy set that all going by sacking Poch. We will never know if Poch would have turned it around and lead us to glory, but since that point it's been a largely unmitigated mess.
IN appointing win now managers in Jose & Conte, i can see the logic and while our recruitment probably let both down to a degree, Conte in particular should not escape the strongest of criticisms. How that guy behaved was a total and utter disgrace and he should bare a great deal of responsibility for failing to get our team to perform this season. How he got himself sacked showed total distain for the fans and left us up the shiiit creek we are now paddling through.
Yes Levy appointed him but he was and is a manager of very high regard, a highly successful winner and very highly paid. The fact we failed so badly under Conte is largely Conte's fault and if you want to blame others for this then you have bought into Conte's pathetic excuse making in which he absolved himself of any blame. A guy on £15m a year was unable to get a tune out of a squad when managers at Brighton and Bournemouth and Fulham are able to do so with much greater spirit, entertainment and success.
I am not going to lay all the blame on Levy for appointing the best and most successful manager available at the time, and paying him vast sums of money to deliver. I will be highly critical of Levy for excessive focus on top 4 which truly undermines any prospect of sustained growth and improvement. Chelsea, Liverpool, United, Arsenal, they have all dropped out of the top 4 at times but for us it seems to be an instant dismissal if it is not achieved, to the detriment of the domestic cups and long terms development, which as resulted in the loss of more than 1 very popular and successful manager.

Levy buys the players and Levy appoints the managers, he is also the highest paid Chairman in the PL and awards himself £5m yearly bonuses for maintaining a healthy balance sheet.
Levy is just as much to blame as the players and manager for Sunday, and is wholly to blame for the current state of the team.
I see our resident Levyista has shown up with yet more of his putrid nonsense, he must have shares in ENIC fc or be cut from the same cloth as Levy or something

It’s fa cking amazing that even now after everything that has happened, a small minority of people are still happy with levy
I will never understand it. Like I don’t understand Tory voters or brexit.
Literally everyone who has worked with levy on the football side of things slag him off. Most of the good ones have left and made huge successes at other clubs.
I just don’t understand what anyone thinks they gain from levy as a fan.
Never will

Who made that guy in charge? Or the bloke before him? Or the bloke before him?
In 2 calendar years we’ve had 5 different managers - and Mason has had to do it twice. At what point does it start being the fault of the bloke who keeps chopping and changing everything?
We’re lucky if the players know who the manager is for the next match
----------------------------------------------------------------------
This is the problem with the Levy out lot....if you just revert everything that goes wrong to the owner then you undermine the credibility of your opinion and you come across as ignorant and unable to understand how large businesses are structured while absolving many of the parties who are responsible for this shiiitttshow
----------------------------------------------------------------------
And this is the problem with the Levy is doing okay lot, if you just revert the blame to those that are the easiest to replace I.e. the managers (5 in 2 years) and the players then you miss or worse still ignore the main issue and chief cause of our woes.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
The difference between our 2 positions is yours in black and white, it's all Levy's fault.

Kane has entered into an “individual voluntary agreement” to repay the Spurs faithful for every free kick he has wasted in the last decade.
It will allow him greater control that going into bankruptcy 👍💰

So if you do a shiiit job at work, then it's all the fault of the guy who employed the guy who employed the guy who employed you?

It wasn't the Chairman who played cr*p was it?
We can blame Levy for many things, but it’s the players and coaches who are to blame. Who changes your formation from a back 3 to a back four and gives you only 3 training sessions to adapt to it.
Some of our players struggle when they know what they are doing, only an idiot would think they could be introduced to an alien system and expect all to be well🤬🥴

Never will
Levy out.
