Fack me, just checked in and wtf?!?!
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Gone back to the old way of playing with an isolated forward and looking to contain. The way that hasn't worked all season.
We have a way of playing that has worked, but we keep going back to this for some reason. Add in a poor performance all round and we are getting hammered.
Hellfire, gonna sit in a dark room listening to funeral music. I may be gone sometime.
We have been playing quite well recently, but that was woeful, possibly the worst 45 minutes of the season so far. Luckily we're safe . . . or are we?
Let's have a sensible training session in the second half, how not to concede possession.
I've turned it off. Can't be bothered to watch any more of that.
Saw the subs, though 'that's only going to make everything worse', turned it off and then heard that Brighton had scored a fifth straight after half time.
Lopetegui and the players should all be docked wages for this and all the fans who travelled reimbursed.
We are so Jekyll and Hyde
Feel for the fans that have travelled. Woeful.
hctl wishes he hadn't i am sure
Can't believe that Sarabia and Cunha both got overlooked on the bench. Both part of the team when we started to look good, yet both ignored in a game like this. Even when we make substitutions.
Huge implications on our goal difference this too.
Sounds a bit like a beach day
Just saw the subs, what was that about
Not sure even Lopetegui knows at this point.
We were really, really lucky to only concede 6. 12 wouldn't have been unjust.
I honestly found myself wanting them to score again!
Interesting to see how Lopetegui responds
Shocked by that performance.
Not shocked by the constant baiting by witless in an attempt to get a rise out of me. Luckily I’ve filtered our non resident cretin now and can rise above it.
Just got in, seen the result and wished hadn’t, could not believe it.
What the f...
Something seriously wrong somewhere.
Need the end of season quick and hope we are still in the prem.
Still can’t believe it.
Semedo got injured early and should have been taken off sooner, Sa distribution awful, left when goal 6 went in and home quickly
One to forget , at least saw a lot of people I knew
This is the biggest thrashing for many a year.
Shocking and hard to take in a season of many bad performances.
Got to (apparent) safety and may as well have rocked up on Brighton beach instead.
I'd like to think there would be heavy fines/refunds after a result like that. A result which is very, very concerning.
Amazingly, only a Bournemouth victory against Leeds will see us drop a place in this round of matches. With Leicester playing Everton, Southampton at Newcastle and West Ham at Man City, it is likely that at least 5 teams below us will drop points.
More than we deserve really.

We have benefited from there being some truly awful teams in this years Prem. We might not be so fortunate next year though.
Huge improvement needed next season.
The last time we escaped relegation from the Prem, we bought Roger Johnson and figured that would be enough.
Let’s hope there is a coherent recruitment policy that addresses the fact we need to score more goals and allows for the fact we are likely to lose some first teamers (some important ones too). I do feel there is the basis of a very good squad here though
When you think back over the last few months, there have been a number of performances where we probably deserved a battering like we got yesterday, complacency and poor decision making have dogged our performances over the last couple of months, but when we do switch on and defend sensibly we can grind out results.
The substitutions yesterday seemed very strange, was Cunha unfit, knackered? Starting with four central midfielders was bizarre too, questioning the managers decisions feels reactionary because he's got a lot more right than wrong without doubt but occasionally he has us all scratching our heads with good reason.
We need a top class striker to replace Raul.
Chunha isn’t that man unfortunately, I’ve seen nothing to suggest he’s worth €43m.
The Austrian Peter Crouch isn’t going to stay fit for more than a third of any given season at best. He hasn’t done for the last three years.
Worryingly there are times that we don’t look like we are being well coached. Shambles yesterday, shambles of a first half against Leeds, we just seem to fall apart under the slightest pressure.
