Out for season
- Adams
- Sinisterra
- Dallas
- Poveda
- Roberts
- Bate
- Cresswell
Roberts lol. Poveda scored last weekend though? Must have got hurt same game.
Id rather have a fit Roberts over Aaronson to be honest
Does anyone know of a table or chart comparing injuries across the Prem. Even without seeing such a thing, I think we can safely say that our bunch are by far the most fragile. We do pick 'em - or rather, Orta does.
And I'll bet money Gnonto still sits on the bench.
Also, without harping on about Bielsa again, when we were ravaged by injuries in the second half of last season, we were all on his back, saying it was all down to overtraining. I now don't think that was the case, given that its a similar scenario this time around - we just had a load of players made of glass. And we bought more of the same in the January window.
Lorra, it goes back to Orta. There's a reason
he picks certain players. He's looking for high
upside and profit on potential resale.
I seriously think he's blinkered to injury history.
It's why Brentford are so brilliant at recruitment.
They run the numbers (and I know Orta does
too), but the difference is, they put stock in a
players ability to stay fit and available.
Orta gets blinded by his own 'best case'
scenarios. As in, if this player stays fit, he'll
be a world beater. Problem is, his players don't.

Batty, nothing would surprise me.
Agree Lorra. I put blame on MB's murder ball.
In hindsight, it was the glass factor. Bielsa's
legend and legacy at Leeds gets better every
passing day we watch these idiots flail around
without him.
*Clarify: I used to put blame on murder ball.
I don't anymore.
Sinisterra has a poor injury record including 9 months out with cruciate ligament prior to coming to Leeds

I'd rather have Costa. I doubt Aaronson would be much use helping us get out of the championship.
People used to blame Bielsa for the small squad too but was he just protecting us from terrible Orta signings? He only ever wanted players who are better than the starting 11.
Mckennie would be training alone right now under Bielsa.
Heads up U21s kick off in 9 minutes. The match thread is a bit down the list now.
Aaronson might not get us out of the championship but he would run around a lot to be fair and when he falls over he usually gets straight back up so there is that
Aaronson is like the 12 year old kid who goes to watch his 16 year old brother play and they are a man short so he ends up playing.

Yeah he does look like the 16 year old in a mens Sunday league team who comes on for last 20 mins
Two things in particular stood out for me in this presser.
When Phil Hay asked Javi what has gone wrong with Leeds since the Palace 2nd-half performance, Javi shrugged his shoulders, ignored the question completely and just provided a chronological list of games played since then. Javi has no clue what has gone wrong.
Secondly, when asked about Gnonto, Javi sung his praises as a very talented player, but intimated that he doesn’t play him ‘for the good of the team’. That says to me that Javi doesn’t think Gnonto fits into his system - whatever that is.
Clueless. The guy is clueless (Javi that is😡).
Gnonto will still be on the bench it’s evident Javi for whatever reason doesn’t want to play Gnonto…..is it a power dynamic where nobody is going to tell him what to do.I wouldn’t necessarily be removing Summerville to show horn Gnonto in …..but Aaronson should make way for Gnonto no argument on that .

In fairness, I wonder how much of our current poor form is down to Adams being out?
He is our Phillips replacement and we had a similar drop in form under Bielsa when he was out injured.
I think of all the signings we've had since Raph and Phillips left, only Gnonto and Adams are quality players.
With one injured and one seemingly too good to play in our team without hurting it we are looking down the barrel of the gun.
It seems that with regards to injuries we go one step forward and three back! Sinisterra had only just come back and now he’s gone again. Wober, one game back and out again. We would have had a massive job to stay up if all the team were fit, but with so many important players missing at this time I can only see one outcome - and I blame Orta for all of it, he has signed so many under par and injury prone players.
Said it before, and we all know it, our four difference
makers are all sidelined, and it's killing us:
Adams - out for the season
Sini - out for the season
Wober - out for the Bournemouth game
Gnonto - benched for the season by the idiot
