I struggle to understand people who are against signing Kane. He is everything we need in a striker, not only will he bring us goals but his build up play will see Bruno and Rashford in particular flourish.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I'm definitely not against it. I'd love him.
Not sure we should be spending 100m though given his situation and also because we have other areas we need to bolster.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I understand that viewpoint, I’d like to think somewhere nearer £65m would see us get him. I guess it depends on the ownership situation.
I understand you go to games, and my feeling as a match going fan is that you don’t often get to see players of his calibre and…feck it, go get him. A bit like the RVP signing.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
No way is Levy going to take anything under £100 million.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
We’ll see. Wait til Kane rebels. That price will fall rapidly.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Levy will already know what Kanes intentions are. Won't stop Levy asking for too much and interested clubs offering less.

If Jim wins the Glazers get a shiiiit load of money but still remain, the debt isn’t paid off so still needs servicing at a time of high inflation and there is no offer of new investment from an owner who would have to borrow to do it . Just Glazer Mk2
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Three independent clauses in your post.
The first one seems likely to be true; the second and third are complete speculation; and the third, given Ratcliffe’s own personal wealth, seems very unlikely to be true.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Itl be Ineos, rather than Ratcliffe buying into the club. They have more than enough resources to get us where we want to be, and the business acumen to do it.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Ratcliffes wealth is INEOS. He isn’t walking around with £13bn cash in the bank.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yeah, it’s one and the same thing. It’s a privately owned business, two-thirds of which is Ratcliffe’s, if I remember rightly.

£100M would be ridiculous. Even Man City tried to sign but couldn't due to Levy but now it ain't Kane with many years at the top. £60M I think will be max as the clubs looking to buy him now have the huge upperhand unless Kane signs a new contract. I personally think £50-60M should get him.

Unless we’re willing to fix the rest of the team in the same summer as Kane and really fork out big time on the squad, there’s little sense in it imo. If we’re still a couple years away from challenging City and for the CL etc then by that point he’ll be even older.
That being said, I think he’d be perfect for us and Ten Hag, so I’m all for it if there’s a chance.

Not from the team I saw at WHL midweek.
Messi and Kane at Man Utd would be some team. We can all dream.
Just saw the freekick they got before the corner and it was for a Brighton playing diving to the floor.😂
Also Shaw mentioned the 3 or 4 big chances we had. Even Shaw realised we keep missing big chances.
Rashford missed 18 big chances this season and scored 16 goals in the league. Kane missed 11 big chances and scored 25 goals lol and the scary thing is Rashford is one of the most clinical players in our squad.😂 I honestly think he would score 60 goals a season if he came to us.
Oh well we ain’t winning the CL with De Gea in goal anyway and I still expect us to just get in by the opposition not being good enough although we could have had it done and dusted with a few better results. I like the fact Shaw called out our woeful finishing. Must be frustrating every game we miss so many. Even against Villa we could have had the game easily won but we relied on a late block on the line to get the win.😂

We’d be the slowest team in the league with those two, especially Snail Kane. Sign them up!
Putting the ball in the net is our problem. It is criminal really they let so many trophies get away due to inept finishing.
Remember last season we got knocked out of 3 cup competitions all because we couldn't finish sitters. 3 of the most one sided games we had. Even this season we made Omonia look like Barcelona as we can't finish.
Well today is another game we should have won. West Ham were shocking and won a game they deserved to lose.

Just saw the freekick they got before the corner and it was for a Brighton playing diving to the floor.😂

Messi and Kane at Man Utd would be some team. We can all dream.
