The draw

man city is a dead cert, but newcastle isnt.

Anything but a Everton win, was a good result.

There no chance everton dont beat bournemouth, last game of season.

Momentum is a massive thing in football, not sure how we turn this around.

At least Everton didn't win, that's the only consolation. I think the moment we may rue more than Southampton is Bamford's missed sitter against Leicester. We really do need to offload the guy in summer, along with half of the rest of the team. Top of the list, of course, is Victor Orta.

Desperately want to be proved wrong but feel we are all clutching at straws.

A draw would have been good if we expect to get any more points this season.

I can see twists still. Hope still exists for me. Big Sam is feeding his trusty steed, saddling it up and on his way to the rescue.

It'll be ugly stuff ....... but pretty is overrated in our situation .....

Yet Bournemouth have a great away record recently. In fact it was their home record they were worried about until we came along.

Don’t be surprised if they beat Everton on the last day or at least get a point.

Bielsa to Big Sam in just over 12 months. How low we’ve sunk.

However if he gets us out of this hole I’ll love him forever.

I can see him getting a win on the last day and we stay up because others have failed.

I’ll go get my meds now

Yes, I have to agree now that I think we're down. We've just played by far the worst two teams in the league and couldn't beat either of them. In fact, if it wasn't for Bamford missing that sitter and Iverson last night, we'd have lost both games.

I can't see us getting another point now and the only way we'll stay up is if Forest, Everton and Leeds also don't get another point and how likely is that.

Rodgers and the board have absolutely screwed us over this season and we don't deserve to stay up. A good chunk of the team will leave and won't care less about having a relegation on their CV and I think it'll be a while before we're anywhere near the Premier League again.

Not just us worried - and I personally thought Leicester were safe.

Is it not easier overtaking someone on the same points than trying to catch someone with a point or two more?..

A draw was better for us then for Leicester or Everton, and the maths still leave us with the same chance as those around us, we have to hope our players can repay the following that has held as strong as it can under the circumstances!..

Id be shocked if Everton dont go down so I think a Leicester win might have been preferable. However I think an Everton win would have been much worse.

Call me a noooop…..but reckon next 4 games are just a pre-season for the championship in August.

Bielsa to Jessie marsch was the falling off the cliff moment. Big Sam is a massive step up from that insane signing.

Why? Everton really are that bad. Expect Bournemouth to thrash them.

Agree, didn't want an Everton win. Forest play Southampton this week and that is the only fixture left between the bottom 5...hopefully Southampton win that one.

All Southampton next weekend. ASAW 😏

I think if Southampton beat Forest or draw and Leicester lose to Fulham... come on D. J, then all three become favourites to get relegated provided we can get 4 points of course. I personally think Everton will beat Wolves and Bournemouth and be safe but then again I could be wrong.
Who knows... confused?
