What about martinez, or erikesen, or Casemiro who have all had decent enough seasons.

Antony is in his first season at the club and only been outscored by rashford and Bruno.

Will he be worth the money... who knows, but to doubt ETH based on that signing is moronic based on the fact fergie signed players like djemba djemba, kleberson and fecking Ralph milne.

Is De Gea good enough, probably not, but we also need more important areas addressing such as getting a top CF, another top CM and probably another decent CB in the summer, we don't have an unlimited stash of cash hidden under a mattress.

And let's be honest, if we didn't look so fecking toothless going forward then mistakes by the keeper wouldn't be magnified.

Alisson and ederson are probably the best 2 keepers in the league and aren't prone to dropping a clanger, difference being city and Liverpool have players who can be relied on to stick the ball in the back of the net

Rashford has done really well, in spells, this season, but he has been around the squad for years, knows the league, the opposition, his teammates, and is 26 this year.

Comparing Antony with him is unrealistic.
