I would prefer Maddison, but I could see Ward Prowse being the back up option when Maddison goes elsewhere.

JWP would be a decent addition at the right price, especially for his set piece delivery, we could do with a quality free kick taker. I can`t remember the last time we scored a direct free kick, it was probably Eriksen.

Do need HG players though

I’d take Barnes no problem. JWP would just be another squad filler. Pickford is bang average. Granted he plays ok for England. If Spurs want to start challenging the top teams again the bar needs to be set higher.

Also if money is to be invested. Centre backs is where the bulk of any money should go. We do need a GK, I’d rate Kelleher ahead of Pickford.

Kelleher will he a great signing for whoever gets him. Got some good experience already too.

I like JWP but is he good enough to get into the first team and elevate us to another level? I'm not sure. He'd be a good squad option but is this not part of the problem and one of the issues we had with last summer's signings? We got good options for the squad but not ones to improve the first team.

That said we do need more homegrown in the squad and he's far more preferable than Ndombele right now.

Fraud-Prowse is an awful player and an amazing set piece taker. if he cost like 20-25m and was happy to only be used as a sub when we're looking for a goal then sure

Brentford makes a lot of sense for him

he'll be West Ham's Rice replacement.

IMO he'd offer more than Hojbjerg, but that aint saying much. I'd take him in the squad for £20m but would rather let Sarr get his chance first.
