Crea5e as many false narratives as you like, in reality I'll judge them on it being a quite preposterous set up, as I'm sure most people do.

They provide no service, at all, that an elected head of state would provide.

Acting like it's a burden for them is laughable btw.

Who honestly gives a fk?

Oh no they booed a song about some old geezer who doesn’t know any of us exist. The horror

Wow! Such insight and wisdom.

I don't always agree with you Devonshire, but you are spot on with this article. I bet the scousers will still take all their benefits.

They are an embarrassment with their victim mentality, like the whole country revolves around them.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
There's always one. If its a shot at Liverpool, simple sandy agrees.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Sandy still hasn’t apologised for his comments about LFC fans at the Paris CL final. He’s big enough to spout lies and bile about LFC fans, and the city, yet is morally outraged some demonstrated their democratic right.

I think Sandy and many other would agree, regardless of the allegiance of fans booing
----------------------------------------------------------------------
There probably are a lot that don't like the booing but sandy just starts to rage when the word Liverpool appears in front of him. He really needs some phycological help with that.

“ You are happy to judge the royals based on their wealth, ”

No I disagree with respect where’s its not due. For the supposed sacrifices they’ve made they’ve been more than recompensed. They cheat the laws we’re all meant to adhere to whilst making billions.

Hard to respect that IMO.

False narratives I dont think you understand what roles the royals perform.

As for what burden it places on them, you just have to look at Harry & Meghan to see how they could not cope with the publicity and the restrictions on their life. Simple things that people take for granted. Its a full time job, a lot of it mundane and it is very well rewarded, but it is very controlled and if you want to deny that then you are simply wrong.

There is a massive global interest in the Royals in a way that there simply insnt for a head of state. No fecker in America will know who Macron or Frank-Walter Steinmeieris are

Back that up with facts! because its a wildly inaccurate claim.

I agree respect should be earned, and folk are entitiled to their own opinion, but why are you booing them? You may not respect them but does that mean you hate them. Are you that binary?

I may not respect Liverpool or United fans but i wouldnt boo a minutes silence for those lost.

Yes, false narratives. You think I judge them for their wealth? No chance, but it's not their wealth is it. That's the point.

Making it out to be some hyped up job work experience placement is laughable.

Get their boot off ya neck you subservient vulgarian.

Singing to sky fairies alone should be enough to give your head a wobble but to protect him too? Pretty sure that's what my taxes are for.

Yeah I have never actually heard your national anthem. All I hear is my own booing so no idea if it's a good tune or not.

Didn’t realise booing is only used express hate. Always under the impression it’s morgen a disapproval thing myself.

Binary as in you didn’t sing a song, you must hate the people it’s about

Mate believe in sky fairies and mystical people entitled to riches by luck of birth all you want. Just don’t get your knickers in a twist of some people don’t do the same and prefer the real world.

Wow. Another clown dealing in extremes.

I find booing our national anthem to be rather classless and lacking respect, which apparently makes me a "subservient vulgarian"

Its quite sad how some, seemingly intelligent people, just have to pigeon hole people in very basic terms, polarising everything into simple extremes. Perhaps i, given some too my credit for actually having intelligence. There are clearly plenty on here who do not.

My overall position is that while people may not like or acknowledge this country's Monarch, that does not mean that they cannot be respectful.

Fair play if they did. Fack the Royals.

The real world is clearly very different outside of Liverpool, as was witnessed by millions taking part in celebrations.

I get your point about disapproval, booing is a valid means of expressing that. Just thought it rather unnecessary. I wouldnt condone people for not wanting to sing the NA, their choice. Not sure i truly get why some are so disapproving. If people look into the work that the Royals do for this Country, it would be very disheartening to then be booed by the people, simply because they were born into wealth. Many are born into wealth & do far less good than the Royals.

The Royals are more or less custodians of the assets which they are able to enjoy.

Yes they are very well looked after and have to want for nothing....but so do they owners of LFC. Not a reason to dislike them simply because they're loaded and dont have to wipe their own arsse if they dont want.

As for supposed class. It was a first class show of democracy in action. We have the right to boo an anthem we disagree with, with good reason.

The political party you allegedly support is taking steps to remove that democratic right. But let’s all show deference to the billionaire, his inherited wealth, his castles whilst people starve.

God bless, if that’s your cup of tea, the people taking donations for food banks outside the stadium every match.
