Indeed we have spent near 400m in the past 3 and half years yet the gap with us and the top teams is seemingly getting bigger. If reports on Levy’s meddling in football matters are true, he really needs to learn to start taking more of a back seat role on recruitment. That starts with a strong DOF that knows how to properly scout the more obscure markets for talent imo.
