Lost out on GD.
You should put this on the United board.
Disappointed for them, they had to see that that through today. Shocking result.
The term 'bottle job' gets thrown around loosely but that was a proper one today for Dortmund. Facing a mid-table team at home who lost their previous 3 games and only needing to win to win the title.

Have to agree- Mainz were in shocking form going into the game, which is why i think it was a terrible result, they choked under the pressure and expectation.

They did well to come back but should never have been behind 2-0. And they missed a pen I believe?
It's sad for the league as well because it just means it continues being a 1 team league.
You mustn't forget Tommy Tuchel ,well done Thomas.
Missed pen and being at home, kinda proper bottle job I'd say...shame
Their defending for the Mainz goals was atrocious, deserved nothing
Just shows the magnitude of Klopp who has stopped the monopoly in Germany and the financial dopers in England
Yeah Spurtle, massive shame, you worry the mental impact of not getting over the line will have on these Dortmund players for future title races too. Have to fancy Bayern to continue to dominate now.

Maybe, but they could have scored 10.
Their finishing was a lot worse than their defending.
Nothing like a lot of whataboutisirim to make me feel better about missing top four
Dortmund is twinned with Leeds I believe. That was a Leedsy turnout today for sure.
What's the biggest choke?
a) 2nd in a two horse race
B) 5th in a two horse race
dortmund absolutely bottled it.
0-2 down at home against a relative minor up to 60 odd mins?
