Whoever we get after Ange will be a downgrade! Will be gutted if we don't get another season in the CL from him.
A telling sign for me that he's leaving is, I don't hear anything about payers coming in! Its like he wouldn't want players to commit to the club if he's not going to be here! Really hope I'm wrong!

and a defo NO for me with regards to Rogers! Hopefully he ends up mat Spurs!

He’s on record saying that the club’s recruitment is already underway. Watch this space though.

The reason im saying Rodgers is, outwith Spurs, theres not really anywhere else for him to go is there?

Unless ive missed something obvious. And i cant see him going abroad.

with his money he can quite easily afford to sit tight and start picking the bones of the clubs that sack their managers in the first couple of months.

That's the standard response from he club id say. Hopefully we get a player or two in sharpish which will help my anxiety

Aye, I’d reluctantly accept the snake back. Let’s face it, regardless of how he shafted us with the timing of his departure, we’d struggle to attract anyone better. Fingers crossed though that the Ange to Spurs rumours are just that.

I just cant see who else takes over at Spurs just now.

Rumours are De Zerbi and not much else.

He's not going to Spurs or anywhere else.

He's a Celtic man now. Every bit as much as Kieren Tierney.

rodgers really brought a professional product to celtic, no question.

first season superb

second season, bit meh

third it was hard to watch, constantly passing ball around the back 4.

for that reason alone, no thanks.

Why would we expect Postecoglou to comment on an offer or an approach he’s not had. His silence is trademark for him so nobody has a clue as to his intentions and nor for that matter, Spurs’.

We’ve always been tight lipped on arrivals until they are practically in the door under him as well so again no change there.

Rogers? Fwck right off. Great professional and did us so well but that last season was turgid to watch.

Let's be honest if Ange goes now that we have Lawell back in charge we are getting Neil Lennon.

Even if Neil denies it we are getting him back an offering Mikey Johnstone a contract extension

There's definitely a player in that Mickey Johnstone, just not a football one

i hope the process doesn't slow down again, thats my big worry.

we've done so well to plan ahead and be prepared. we can't lose that.

Don’t disagree with any of that. Just think that if/when it comes to replacing Ange we won’t be faced with a list of top managers champing at the bit for the gig. We might luck out with another Ange … or we might end up with another Ronny D, or worse. Only reason I’d consider a return for BR … on a 2 year only deal.
