After his first stint at Chelsea, the media were desperate for him to become England manager. It’s only now that his stock has fallen and he’s become a specialist in failure that he gets called out for this stuff

Was he doing anything this bad during his first stint at Chelsea?

Two words: Anders Frisk.

It's one thing accusing refs, and he's always been critical of them in interviews, but when you're stalking them for answers after the game has finished and giving foul mouthed rants to them.

Maybe he has done that before but I haven't really heard about it.

Probably but he was a novelty then and people just thought he was a rebel.

His toxicity and arrogance was seen as a breath of fresh air. He’s no different now to how he was 20 years ago, apart from the fact his tactics and style of play are completed outdated in modern football

I’m more than a little surprised that Wahl isn’t here defending his hero….

It was only seen like that by people who can’t tell the difference between a sitcom and a real life person actively negatively impacting the lives of other real people merely because he couldn't give a flying fish about anyone but himself.

Nobody on the workplace would want to be subjected to the kind of treatment Mourinho dispenses to others -he'd be actively despised for it- but people saw it like it was all just good prime time telly.

It's a shame that it's taken so long for a lot of people to wake up to just how much of an actual cant he is.

His attitude back then was completely different. I was blind to it at the time but the difference, in hindsight, between his 1st & 2nd stints with us was so clear. He's always been a pr!ck but he didn't take things personally, now he takes everything personally. It's like seeing the cool kid in school struggling in the real world where his peers don't idolize him.

Something changed when he managed Madrid. He took the rivalry (which he instigated) with Barcelona too seriously & he's never fully recovered from it. In his 1st press conference back with us in 2013, I remember one of the only times where he looked switched on was when he claimed "he hurt them".

Of course. But even then it grew very thin and I feel all British clubs he were at despise him now, except for a minority few fans. In Italy he’s put on a pedestal regardless.

He's hero worshiped at Ibrox cos he got it up the Celtic support with his antics, had his Porto team do what Roma did in order to win a UEFA cup and play the way that goes down a treat in that half of Glasgow.

He's a complete ttwaaat and should have the book well and truly thrown at him but Roma Ultras are absolutely vile, cretinous little people, it's very possible they'd have started trouble regardless

No.

Wenger should have given him a good smack when he had the chance

Anthony Taylor deserved it. He was fwwcking awful.

As I was saying. Refs deserve this type of treatment.

How do we know he was yelling at Taylor? Maybe it was the parking attendant
let's not jump to conclusions here
