Triple his wage and all he has to do, is get Spurs into Europe.

Takes CCV back for £25m
All in all a strange day. Tense. Players not at their best - I mean nobody. No idea who got motm at the ground but beeb viewers gave it Kyogo even though he only did one thing albeit crucial. Starfelt solid esp 1H with the sun in his eyes. A real anti-climax tbh

Jota got MOTM at the game.
Agree that no one was at their best-O’Riley was working hard and getting into good positions. Mcgregor was trying hard as well. Taylor, Starfelt and AJ were solid enough, and Iwata was fine without influencing the game. Maeda was poor, Kyogo took his goal well and made good runs without the ball getting to him. Hatate was poor for most of the game. Jota did well, but I thought O’Riley was better.
It’s a remarkable achievement. A treble, and 5 out of 6 trophies in 2 seasons, especially after the mess that he took over. Heard and read some of what Ange has said after the game, and unless something massive changes, then he’s defo giving the vibe of a man that’s away.
If that’s the case, then as much as I think he’s making a huge mistake with the club he’s going to, can only wish him all the best. The football for the most part has been excellent in the last 2 seasons, and some fantastic games.
On the game today, we were poor first half and marginally better the 2nd. ICT used their game plan well, and were disciplined in their defending throughout the match. Maeda wasn’t working in the first half, so glad he changed it for the 2nd. Glad we got that 3rd goal just to put the game to bed. We were beside the ICT fans and they were getting a bit noisy at that point!
Pitch at Hampden looked good-but that’s the only thing going for it. It’s a 5hite place to get to, it’s 5hite when you’re in, and it’s even worse trying to get away from it.

Terracing is such a shallow pitch and the TV angles so scheite you couldn't make out the TIFO.
Anyone seen the Spurs fans petition against signing Ange? Really dont want him do they?
My other thought IF he goes is privately Lawwell will be overjoyed?Ange came in before him, had instant success with a seemingly unconstrained trading approach and showed that he knew best yet brought success. My guess would be HE is the one that would want to shrug him off as lucky and let's return to the good old days of delayed signings, pizzing players, fans and managers off by shenanigans and 'we tried'. He will have seen the power shift to the employee and he won't like it? Still an accountant at heart? A wee power axis with him and his boy telling him what's going on.
Maybe I'm too suspicious but things went too well whilst he was out the room.

We wouldn’t have. And we need to waken up to that. We need our absolute strongest side out to beat them now and it hasn’t been on the filed for weeks on end.
I’m not buying into this idea that we have this incredible depth of squad. We don’t.
