There will always be doubt and questions over the way that City have amassed their ongoing success over the last few years..... but I am pretty sure that it will take years to prove in the Courts, if at all, and probably all whimper out to nothing. And it will continue. Unless another state owned club with the same unlimited resources in the PL plays and matches them at their own game. And even then they would need to have to have the staff structure in place and a manager as good as Pep to compete.
I see Newcastle as the only club geared up right now to challenge at this level over the next 10 years. Maybe Man United if they chose to go down the Qatar road. Which I dont think they will.

United have had years of outspending everybody and it hasn't helped them recently. Yes it did in the early days, when they were the first to get their snout in the money trough, aided and abetted by Fergie time.
The only damning evidence I am aware of is the statements from some in power that ' you must be guilty because these rules were written specifically to exclude you'. Not seen that recently but I do remember it, I guess UEFA and their influencer clubs realise they are admitting to a restraint of trade legal offence.
