His philosophy is rooted in having humble players who will work from the first minute to the last, with selflessness and without ego. He doesn’t care about being fashionable or a media personality. Spurs are the worst possible fit for this down to earth working class man & manager.

He wasn't happy with the go karting deal and wanted an indoor skateboard ring instead. Levy said no.
Big Flange, good luck to him. With a levy here we could have the baztard off spring of a trust between Klopp, Pep, Ancellotti and Steve Kean and it would still go wrong
Gutted he's left but fair play to him
He isn't a "yes" man btw and will speak his mind, takes no pash from the media as well, he will demand hard work from the players and has a mantra of never stopping, uptempo football, good luck to him
Hopefully he can deal with the step up to an elite league after warming up at lower league level for a few years. He seems to have good ideas but it's still quite a leap. Let's face it, 11 of us being managed by Sandy would have a reasonable chance of winning a few trophies north of the border.
