All out non-stop attack might be the idea but it has not been the reality since the first half at Killie with the exception of the Aberdeen game.

Been rank for weeks.

Probably for the best.

Isn't that because the league was already in the bag though?

Ange with the better win % albeit over less games played.

Rodgers with the better trophy count and an invincible treble (never to be matched).

Europe for both was all a bit meh, Rodgers getting that elusive away win over Anderlecht but not doing much in UCL overall. Did get us to the last 32 of UEL but comfortably KO'd by Valencia.

On paper it's hard to look past BR but Ange played far more enjoyable football.

See the 2 in a row easy in brackets mags, not 18 points easy though.

Now who said that was a certainty
Canny mind 😀

I've loved watching Celtic both seasons under Ange. Always on edge of my seat.

It was like that under Rodgers 1st season but over the following season and a half it got less exciting and more sitting back in my seat. The football became too predictable.

Similar for him at Leicester where he started phenomenally.

Give me an Ange 4v2 win over a Rodgers 1v0 win anyday

13 points when they win it.
Terrible dip in form thereafter.
It was a prediction not a guarantee. At least I put my opinion out there and didn't hide behind all the 'too close to call' garbage as some were doing.

I don't know. It could have been that the players suspected he was going. Any number of possible reasons.
Either way, they've been rubbish for weeks.

I reckon brendans invincibles would beat the current hoops side ,we had higher quality players at that time imho and going toe to toe I reckon brendans team wins?

He must be on the list but I don't think he'd be at the top especially with Lawwell prominent again.

I think Kennedy would stay if Rodgers came back and I don't think Kennedy is staying. So it's probably not BR unless 3 or 4 others turn them down.

Also...I think the Postecoglou thing, Gerrard going to Villa and Rodgers going to Leicester makes the Celtic job very attractive to managers with view on the EPL.

Do well up here and you stand a good chance.

S*n running a story that Rodgers has been ruled out of the running.

Pleased about that tbh - would rather look forward and try to keep to a similar playing style Ange had us doing.

Think that would be the Bodø Glimt guy. I know it was early on for Ange, but didn't we say they played "our game" better than us?

Part of me wants to see Ange doing well at Spurs

The other part of me wants them to get royally gubbed week in week out, and expose just how fragile his style of football is defensively against top quality opposition that can pick through the press

Can see City destroying Spurs next season under Ange

The other thing not being mentioned here that will likely be the case over the next wee while.....who will he take with him

Kyogo has already been spoken about

Was a good job you signed CCV on a permanent deal last season and didn't take him on loan from Spurs again, as he would likely have a future at Spurs under Ange

I doubt if Dermott would be easy to deal with for Ange. It would need to be a huge premium for any of our players.
