Sounds like United fans are psychologically preparing for it.

Eh, at the end of the day we had our chance to stop it, and failed. Sure, it’ll be annoying if they win the treble, but really they’ve been the best team by a country mile for years now so (all the financial stuff aside), it’s not like they don’t deserve to win things.
Personally I also find their players far less unlikable than some of the rival teams in the past, though that might just be a symptom of being older. They don’t really have a Suarez, Gerrard, or other players like an equivalent Bruno-like cant
Too many City fans giving it large and goading our coach leaving Wembley last week.
Feck them let’s hope Inter have less Sancho types than we do and put in a performance

Never know, Sancho might end up at Inter with all the other rejects

I had a friend die who was only 38, he was a City fan.
I also have a live friend who supports City, although it’s bad for our club, I’d rather think of them being happy.
Bit soppy, I know, but age does that. And it will be this kid’s first CL combined into a treble.
Reminds me of how I experienced it.
Saying that, if they lose, I’ll be giving him a slight dig, no doubt. And I will be happy. But not too unhappy if they win.

nice one
Inter.
Come on Darmian, Sanchez and Lukaku. Do it for us Reds.

I think there are plenty of Manc reds who’ll feel like this Shinji

Good man. Good to hear.
They starved for so long whilst we lauded it. Hard to grant a bit of the glory to mates, at least.
My Dad has different opinions, as his prime was Best v Summerbee where City were more of a rival, so he considers the Scouse below the City.
Not the first thing we’ve disagreed about football wise, despite having a similar outlook on life.

Five stars for me.
Of course we’d all prefer Inter to win; but personally, I won’t be too gutted if City do.
Mainly because I know it’ll mean an awful lot to City supporting mates I grew up with, and I’ll be happy for them. And in some small part because this City side is so spectacularly good that they’ll deserve it if they do lift the trophy.

I’ll be supporting Inter Milan, but I couldn’t really care if City win.
If they do win, they deserve it and hats off to them.

some of you are getting soft in your old age
I don't hate City because they weren't the team winning everything when I was a kid. That would have been Liverpool. I don't hate them as such but do hate it when they do well. With City it's kinda whatever.
I know quite a few City fans from school and they were really crap then so, for them, I'd be pleased. I'd rather they didn't though!
