So he cost us around £34m(£8m loan + £26m fee) in total. That's alright.

Pretty good value tbf.

We've already seen how quickly players can improve at Spurs before - Bale, Rose, Kane, I'm sure there are other examples.

Not the best of seasons after a good 1st season.
Also Not sure how much of a press you can get with Deki and Kane up top. We really need to move away from the football that’s served us poorly over the past few years and step it up a gear.
hopefully Ange is the man that brings us that but like every other manager that’s failed recently he needs the right tools. Deki definitely needs to up his game after last season .

Skipp is another one. No way can Spurs move forward if Skipp is a regular starter. Championship player at best. I suspect next season he will drop way down the pecking order with the injured midfielders coming back, and possible new midfielders incoming. I doubt he will get much, if any, gametime.

Sessegnon hasn't even been at Spurs 4 years. He spent a year on loan, has on his fourth (?) manager, and is only 23.

I don't know why I'm bothering responding to the ja606 twaat but it's more a commentary on a seemingly growing number of fans online happy to write him off. For me he really just needs to stay fit and play

We need another CM, there is no certainty when Bentancur will return or if he will be the same player after such a bad injury. I remember Sandro had a bad knee injury and was never the same after that.

Sessegnon has great potential, he is still young and has had several injuries and numerous different managers, which has hindered his development. Writing him off would be stupid, he could still develop into a top player under the right manager.
