I mean tbf he actually would start for us whereas he could be another Phillips at City.

Phillips would start at City if he had the same skillset as Rice.

Can’t fault rice’s attitude. I don’t see anywhere near 100m worth of a player in him though. Passing ranges are similar, rice perhaps a little bit more athletic.
