Thuram sounds like something you learn about in medical school.

Can’t say as I’ve ever seen him play, maybe in CL highlights when they’ve played an English side. Heard good things about him though and obviously well rated, seems expensive for someone from that league with his stats outside one of the ‘big’ 2 teams but it really isn’t that much anymore given the price of almost every deal so far. Hard to get your head around it but £50m is the new £20m!

I know most reds want Thuram but Kone is the far better player

What an underwhelming signing on let's face it a player hardly anyone mentioned or was going after. And to spend 60 mil on him which probably means we have spent all our budget for the summer

I just think this is another markovic/aqualini signing.

Nah he's always been highly rated. Remember we were looking at Mount and instead of Mount we have got ourselves an ever better attacking midfielder who has been bought up on gegan press.

We still need to address our weakness from last season which is the lack of pace and power in the midfield.

Luckily those non-home grown spaces opened up. I like Mount but this guy looks a much better fit for us.

Agree we still need one if this guy signs and he needs to be a pace and power player who's physical.

A centre back after that and we're set. £150m-£200 spend needed and as I've said before, I think it will happen.

We don't often get transfers wrong though.

This guy isn't built out of paper mache, like Keita, which was is problem, not his talent.

Keita is a top player, unfortunately he just wasn't reliable due to his body being built from glass.
