They are bast@rd pointless.
Never see the boxer going in to the cage though do you?
Fury should be ashamed of himself and never mind waiting for the WBC to strip the chubby pr!ck, he should vacate the belt!
Boxers would get badly violated in a cage. Its for their own good that they should stay away.

Deffo mate. All this with Joshua and Usyk is embarrassing from him. For someone who’s “not bothered about money” then you would fight them no matter what and to have a chance you unify the division and cement his legacy
Just another staged event
mma is not boxing. end of.
it's a massively variable quality with an extremely dodgy set up.
I don't doubt it's tough and all that jazz but it's just a butchers block that allows and actively encourages going tjat much further in damaging an opponent.
anyway, boxers are just plain faster and more dangerous in stand up fighting as pros. there's a reason they won't go in the cage. there's not enough money in it and there's plenty examples of guys seriously damaged unnecessarily

see WWE wrestlers though?
Punches will always beat kickers, it's well known in MA.
Heavyweight boxing is dead again
MMA is uttersheet
Is like a buffet
Seems ecciting at furst but just end up being dull n make u feel sick at end
n u wish u wuddagine 4 a proper, more simple meal done proper
A money making, sports washing circus (I assume its in Saudi?)
The fight itself will be more exhibition than competition. Exhibition doesn't translate to MMA, might aswell go full WWE, well, Furys been there done that.
At this stage of his career, Fury has straight up ducked his two most worthy opponents. At this rate, his heavyweight legacy will be forever underwhelming.
Awful stuff. This is going to be less of a challenge for Fury than Chisora III was, and that was already a fight that made people turn off Fury.
Fury is a fraud now. Had a chance to be a GOAT or one of them but is too scared to lose his 0 so will continue to pretend he'll fight anyone while only taking the high reward, low risk fights and hold the belt hostage at the same time.
I hope this farcical of a fight fails big time and it might then dawn on the idiots in charge there needs to be an improvement.

There's more than enough money in MMA to draw boxers in. Not every boxer is Floyd Mayweather. A lot of them could use the money. The reason they don't get into MMA is because they simply don't have the skill set and would get thoroughly beat in a cage 9 times out of ten.
Boxing is still more damaging than MMA. Boxing is basically pure headhunting whereas MMA opens up and distributes damage across the whole body.

Wrestlers beat both punchers and kickers
Out of all these crossover boxer vs UFC fighter fights that are within boxing rules, has any UFC fighter actually won? I'm thinking not.
There's a lot of fighters crossing from MMA to boxing, but nearly zero boxers crossing to MMA. The few that tried in the past got badly whooped, getting taken down and ground and pounded to a pulp.
