So, the club could only afford 13 tickets to Oslo?
Yet still sending two keepers and one Firpo.
Bargain basement trip.
If we can keep Sinisterra will be huge. He could get us up on his own.
Sorry, but I don’t rate our chances, unless Man U are still on vacation in their heads. I just hope it isn’t another drubbing of monumental proportions that lowers the confidence of our lads.
They were the players shown. Must be a few more going.
Goalkeepers: Tom Heaton, Nathan Bishop, Matej Kovar.
Defenders: Alvaro Fernandez, Rhys Bennett, Will Fish, Marc Jurado, Lisandro Martinez, Raphael Varane, Aaron Wan-Bissaka, Brandon Williams.
Midfielders: Toby Collyer, Fred, Dan Gore, Hannibal, Isak Hansen-Aaroen, Kobbie Mainoo, Mason Mount, Maxi Oyedele, Charlie Savage.
Forwards: Amad, Noam Emeran, Omari Forson, Joe Hugill, Jadon Sancho, Shola Shoretire.
With how the summer's gone for us thus far this game with schum has little meaning other than for Farke to have a look at his players in a different environment. How many of these players will be in his team for Cardiff is anyone's guess.

Ombang?
Struggling to work out how you piece together a team out of those named above, 2 keepers, 2 right backs, 2 centre backs, a left back, 3 midfielders and three forwards, I suppose it just about works.
Can't see us getting our act together until well into
the season. And Farke tends to start slow when putting
his teams together. Lowered my expectations quite
a lot over the last week.

Until the club are allowed to bring players in we'll have no idea how slow things will be, its upto the EFL how long we have!..
Even Bielsa didn't get us up first try. I'm just going to enjoy seeing us play a more controlled basic form of football that won't have the need of any headless chickens.
We should win more than we lose at least.

Wheres Bamford?
^^^
Rumours that he's in the group of players who
might be leaving. Not sure if that's true. More than
likely he's injured again. Would that shock anyone?

On a different plane hopefully 🤣🤣🐟🐟
Headed to Sampdoria hopefully.
Was Gyabi on board, or has he missed the plane too?
Just 3 points, looking at the team that left for Oslo:
1) Very few of last season’s first team players are in there. Older players are not in there, and the ones who may be leaving are conspicuous by their absence. This has all the makings of a rebuild with kids.
2) The absence of movement on transfers suggests very few players see us as a good bet for development or promotion. It may also be an indication that we are broke.
3) The silence from the 49’ers may be because they have been sold a pup, and they don’t know what to do with it, or because they simply don’t have a scooby do. Either way, LUFC feels a bit lost at the moment. If we escape from Oslo with less than five goals conceded, there may yet be hope.
Just 3 points? Is that your prediction for the season?
So far it seems the following squad members have traveled to Norway for the match v Man Utd.
Klaesson, van den Heuvel:
Ayling, Drameh, Monteiro, Cooper, Struijk, Wober, Firpo;
Greenwood, Shackleton, Perkins, Gelhardt, Sinisterra, James,
Joseph, Bamford, Rutter.
#LUFC
Players not seen on the trip so far
Hjelde, Cresswell, Costa, Rodrigo, Gnonto, Summerville, Meslier, Kristensen, Dallas, Roca, Gyabi, Gray, Poveda, Bate, Jenkins,
Jack Harrison (hip)
Tyler Adams (hamstring)
Robles & Forshaw out of contract but offered chance to train #LUFC
Hjelde, Costa, Kristensen, Gyabi, Gray, Poveda, Bate all there. As well as Mullen and Christy
Popey has dirt of stitched that lot together.
With the bell of a couple of others it looks like Bamford is there.
Man United announced their squad couple of days ago on website
Leeds fans have to watch Twitter videos and scrutinise pictures to try and work out whos gone. Looks like Adam Pope has had same issues as I did.
Communications at the club are abysmal
Bamford added as per Pope. He must have been flying the plane.
