Tottenham to be RELEGATED?

Even Spurs couldn't get relegated with a league containing Luton, Burnley, Sheff Utd and Fulham.

My bottom 3 would be;

Wolves/Fulham/Burnley
Sheff Utd
Luton

Spurs might get better without Kane if postman post gets time to build a team

Won't quite work that way with Kane taking all the goals with him. It could easily make us worse but it's not like we lose Kane and suddenly now we have 10 players on the pitch. Someone else gets to play in his place. Plus we have a manager geared towards attack this team which you would tend to think means goals will still come.

If Dier and Sanchez are our defense this season we will be in a relegation fight...no question about it.

With a spine of Flapper Forster, Dier and Sanchez, the latter day Danny Drinkwater and Richie, lead out by the Australian Sam Allardyce… the Championship beckons for Laughing Stockspurs 😂

Looking back this really was a bullet dodged or an opportunity lost, depending on your perspective

Obvs Spurs are not my team but I'd wager pretty much anything that they won't be near a relegation position next season, I feel they will bring in at least one DC and Kane's situation stay or go will not effect that belief, of course I'd assume most Spurs fans would want him to stay but IF he goes they would bring someone else in

Won't win the league, that applies to 95% of the teams in the EPL but relegation? No chance, imo only of course,

Even with how terrible our defence is, Kane going and a new unproven manager at this level - we will find it very difficult to finish outside the top 10 in this league.

Comfortably 10 teams in this league worse than us by a distance - Luton, Sheff U, Burnley, Bournemouth, Wolves, Fulham, Palace, Everton, West Ham, Brentford without Toney

Yet you dropped points to most of those teams last season, even with Kane in the team, and one of Europes top coaches at the helm?

Now, there is a knock at your door

Let that sink in 😂

Mourinho the Champions League manager was unproven?
Ferguson who had won the Scottish league and in Europe with Aberdeen unproven?

In strike’s terms of pl proven, yes. That’s exactly my point.

When you say unproven, I think you can still differentiate which are the very good managers, which are the good ones, which are the not so good ones etc. based on history of success, their current trajectory (whether they did well in their previous job or not). So I think you're going to be safer in the hands of say a Pep or Klopp prior to coming to a PL club for the first time, than someone who has done nothing spectacular.

Not really realistic to put them all in the same bracket of "unproven".

I actually think you’ve got a good manager in, and despite likely having a rocky start will get spurs playing good football- if given time and backing. There’s different levels of proven, granted, but I think he’s got the tools to do a decent job for spurs.

No Europe, hopefully a decent window, a more attack minded coach who is on the up, even while losing Kane I can still see an improvement overall. It's just Kane's departure might decide how big or small that improvement is.

More attacking is an understatement- gung ho even

SAF wasn’t PL proven because there was no PL when he took over at United
