Absolute nonsense to state DDG has not shown aptitude and desire whilst playing for us.
To play like Onana, forget about it DDG is not improving this skill at his age. Sometimes just say thank you to a good servant and move on. No need for this but it is clear we are turning into a very classless club
Who says ETH has been disrespectful?

We didn’t handle the DDG situation well.
We haven’t as a club, public ally congratulated Greenwood on the birth of his child.
Sounds like nonsense to me. DeGea was your best player for years on end, and one of the best keepers in the world. He has lost form and confidence, and it's the right time for him to move on. But you'd have to be a proper bollox to disrespect him.
Looking forwards to seeing Onana play for you, one of the most entertaining keepers I've seen.

Have United put out statements for every child born to one of the players?

Good for you.
De Gea wasn't capable of playing they way that ETH requires and its too late in his career to change. He tried his best this season, but it wasn't good enough. He has been a great servant to the club. It was time for him to move on. I like that we are being a but more ruthless than we have in the past - I just hope the De Gea situation has been handled better internally than it appears to have been from the outside looking in. Hopefully he gets to return and play a testimonial at some point.

Of course not
No club has ever done that.

I doubt it. I don't put the blame with ETH, but this sort of dithering and indecisive in completely in line with the way the club has been run the past decade. My guess would be that there was some internal dispute around whether or not we should keep him, whilst Ten Hag clearly wanted to move him on.
It was painfully obvious De Gea wasn't up to standard anymore - the fact that it took until over a week after his contract had run down to announce he's leaving was pretty embarrassing.
