Your site is so constrained that even with ownership you have network rail land, listed buildings and conservation area issues.

Poch is well-used to Wembley but a new stadium for CFC would in all likelihood mean 3 years away from home.

You are minimum 5 years off a new stadium.

Thank you mate, yes there are confines around the site, but purchasing the Oswald Stoll site was not previously possible, it is a significant step forward as it hugely increases the stadium foot print.

Regarding the rail line, there is plan that had been accepted by the Borough , TFL.

The local council are keen for the club to invest in the stadium and the area.

Time scale, well yes 5 years + but it will be a state of the art 21st century stadium.

Some positive news from the ownership

It is good news, there was an agreement between the foundation and Roman but the agreement went cold when Roman put the plans on hold. There was a danger that others may jump in on the opportunity but the new owners got on the case early. Its key to the redevelopment, our expansion was limited by what's called ingress and egress requirements. All our ingress and egress today is off on the Fulham road.whidlch limits expansion, having this area will allow direct access to Fulham Broadway station. Without it our capacity would be limited to around 50k I believe. Its good news for sure. Maybe now this has been addressed we will see new plans soon.

well that is positive for you, but you are buying land in one of the value highest real estate locations in teh UK.

With build costs as they are and also lands values, this will be massively expensive for you.

They reckon that Evertons stadium will be £750m all in and that is a relatively straightforward design and about 54k capacity.;

Expect yours to be well north of £1bn !

jeeez !

I guess your stadium will be offering a whole range of stuff though - retail, restaurants etc which arent just tied to football so the purchase will allow you to add value to the overall project.

Spurs accumulated huge areas of land for a fraction of that but when we come to build and sell the hotel and resi stuff the values will also be a fraction of SW6

This stuff fascinates me and id love to see the workings of these deals.

Be warned though, playing away from SB will be hard going Wembley is not the same and fan-fatigue will set in. Difficult transition, might have new home by 2030 , if you dont go bust first

Yes i assume the new stadium will give us fans unique match day experience, befitting a following of such a loyal stature.

Wembley , it is a second home for CFc.

I believe we are one of the most successful sides to continuously play there:

The stadium holds great memories for us

But who knows where we will play.

As Ifraka mentioned, we are well used to Wembley, it's quite an easy trip for me and no more costly than getting to the Bridge.
