Diaby was someone I was eyeing up as a long term replacement for Salah. He will defo improve your forward line.
Torres was supposed to be the next big thing at one stage so good signing
Tielemans is very average

inconsistent luxury player, not average. Quite the opposite... Average players dont win you games. Tielemans can win games on his own. And has done for Lesta, and big ones, didnt he score a worldy in the fa cup final? Seem to recall him setting up few good chances in that final too.
Hey Gillhaus, did you recently sign a defender for big money but then he got an injury and was out for a season? or am i thinking of some other lcub?
Asking cause i thought you already signed Torres, or atleast some cb rated like Torres linked to a few clubs... But then got an injury or something so didnt get to see him... Sevilla was the club maybe?

Diego Carlos from Sevilla played 3 games just but fit now
Should’ve kept Coutinho if you wanted a lazy luxury player that can chip in with the odd worldy.
Imo he’ll be out of Emerys preferred starting line up by Christmas.
Other 2, great signings. Building a very good side/squad.
Shows you what you can get if you shop around, some decent buys at a great cost!
Some clubs should try to learn that big purchases don't equate to better prospects of winning anything, Chelsea comes to my mind.
They made multiple "statement" signings but finished in mid table

Thats the one! yeah could be like a new signings that.
Tielemans is definitely worth it on a free.
Probably the best business of any pl club yet. Arsenal fans might disagree, but they were royally taken to the cleaners on rice. Villa have made smart signings here.
Diaby had similar stats in Germany to Leon Bailley
Almost twice as many assists
Bailey last league season at Leverkusen - 9 goals 8 assists in 2148 minutes
Diaby last season at Leverkusen - 9 goals 8 assists in 2716 minutes

Don't worry. Diaby will now prove himself at Villa and if he's good enough we'll sign him for 5 times the current fee
