69 yr old, time flies, RIP
Oh goodness me. That is a real shock. A fine, fine player who also had the funniest lisp in all of football.
Fantastic player
Legend at Birmingham and Forest
Can still see him scoring the winner vs Malmo
rip Trevor
This is terrible new that I've just heard on Radio Bristol.
He was a fantastic footballer and memories of that headed goal against Malmo will always stay in the memory.
Selling Trevor was one of the reasons I didn't renew my season ticket in the Executive Stand.
RIP Trevor

Think you’re getting your Francises and your Hodgsons mixed up pal.
Often forgotten was his role in one of the earlier attempts at establishing the game in USA at a peak age as well.
Very sad news ... Great player and seemed like a decent bloke too.
I think Cloughie actually paid £999,999 for him
couldn't get with a million for a player
RIP
Theres only one Trevor Francis

Far too young to be taken. I will always remember him as one of the very best of his generation, a brilliant footballer. RIP Trevor Francis
Just seen breaking news that Chris Bart-Williams has also passed away today, aged 49 years. what a sad sad day - fly high guys ππ¦ππ¦RIP
Bloody hell, what a horrible day.
I’m lost for words, two illustrious members of Forest and Wednesday, in particular, taken from us in short a space of time.
Both seemed brilliant on and off the pitch, neither appeared to caught the lime light but preferred to let their talent do the talking.
RIP Trev and the ‘Bart Man’, both will be sadly missed.
