I wouldn't disagree except to say, inly if the right player is available otherwise we will end up with spare dross like we've cleared out so far. Also, I think we've already signed our backup right back in Gusto, who played in Philly.
Yes agreed,
Gusto is that player, but he is young and may need time to adjust.
Also no dross, quality is essential.
Tbf, it must be really difficult in this market.
The Saudi thing is blowing up the whole market from a value perspective.
Forget caicedo straight away.
Give casadei/hall/santos a run alongside enzo. Legs, good on the ball, all slightly different.
Gallagher was actualyl very good there the other night but apparently he's on his way out.
I know what your saying Nick, but come on, young players will need time to adjust, Caicedo is Premiership ready.
Imo the squad still needs a couple of players of high quality to set the standard & inspire confidence.
? Osimhen, ? its a bit of a pipe dream.
Caicedo is a young player. 1 season of pl football and no european experience whatsoever. he's only a year older than casadei for example (whos been playing in u21 international tournaments).
i would rather sign anyone than deal with brighton.
yes Brighton, im am with you on that for sure.

Brighton need to be told to do one. Boehly seems to think that they are Real Madrid, whereas we all know that they are a no-mark Club trying to give it the big un. The way he keeps rimming them is embarrassing.
