If by some miracle we could get Martial fit it would be a useful bonus for us. He's clearly talented. If he could get things right fitness wise he's still an asset.
You never know, he may see this as his possible last season at a massive club and he'll do all he can to ensure it isn't. He certainly won't be going to a bigger club and getting more money if it doesn't work out.

Oh my god, I’m having a mare
Diafol: Getting Martial fit and keeping him fit are two different things (although I’m sure you mean the latter).
Anecdotally, it seems to me that those players who start struggling with frequent, repeated soft tissue issues in their early to mid twenties relatively rarely come back to anything resembling consistently full fitness.
There almost seems to be a threshold that once you’ve passed, it’s very difficult to return from.
I'm not convinced by him & certainly not convinced we should be paying over 25m. How's he jumped from a 1.7m player a couple of seasons back to a 70m pound player.
Proud to see that Free Bakker Flaming into midfield lives on despite Tuanzebe’s exit from the club.

It’s gonna be big to expect to challenge on all fronts with a 20 year old leading our line, really hope he hits the ground running and thrives off the pressure.

Haaland was only 21 last season
I'm worried about this transfer if it happens.
He will inevitably be compared with Haaland, especially if we pay more than CIity paid for Haaland.
Plus we will be told we should have paid the extra and got Kane.
Some idiots will also complain about any mistakes Onana makes and say we should have kept de Gea.

You can not rate someone or not know much about someone and therefore be unsure, but come on Rob, £25m?

Ain’t Veratti a bit f-cked these days with injuries? A bit like how they bought Kante.
Veratti couldn’t hack a decent league now days.
And ffs I read it as Robb was barely looking

And? What happens if people do indeed say this?
Verratti’s been facked with injuries most of his career. Shame really, especially as he retired to France at the age of 20.

Yes, you're correct! I did mean the latter.
It's a shame. Maybe I'm being too optimistic! Perhaps he doesn't trust his body enough to really push it.

Purs HUGE pressure on the kid
I suspect the KID won't give 2 facks about lazy comparisons
Would be huge pressure on Kane, would be expected to fire us to the League and maybe a CL title, and to 100% break Shearers record if he finally leaves Spurs and his comfort zone.
