The last I heard is that he was still under contract by City and they wouldn’t let him start working with us - whether that is true or not I can’t be sure

I can see the case that as soon as the transfer window slams shut he will be officially unveiled.
So at 12.01 when we can't sign players until January, Munn will be able to look at signing players for THFC.

Basically what I said.
Handicapped even more this year than the usual 3 games into the season before we try and address the holes in the squad and inevitably end up 6-9 points short of Top 4.
It's like groundhog day.
Isn't Munn just a admin guy, a dof would be more involved in the transfer market, but being as we have neither it apparently is Levy as per normal
