Depends on their wage bill really. If they can afford to keep all of those players then they'd have more than a decent chance of coming straight back up.
Leicester had a lot of players on more than decent money I think.

With the exception of JWP, all of their more sellable player are on relatively low wages. Never even heard of Orsic before but he earns a fair wedge!
There is wisdom in not giving you one's best assets...
Long term, it could help the club to get promotion and even after promotion, it could help them to stay up with those assets still at the club...

Gerrard to Chelsea was understandable and a fair price at the time. Suarez taking a sidewards step and a fee offered below value is a completely different situation.
I'd compare it more to Coutinho, where we dug in and got the best deal. That's all they're trying to do. Although as the OP says, it's a dangerous game as the valuations aren't too far away, so eventually a deal will be struck and they'll have no time to replace them in time for the beginning of the season. However JWP is unlikely to kick up a fuss and therefore they may hold better cards in regards to him, evening hopeful of holding on to him.

If they can retain their best players then they really should be coming back up again, which will not only benefit them financially in and of itself, but those same players will be worth more money for prospective buyers if they are back in the PL by next summer.
Equally, those same players got relegated from the PL, so they've much to prove. At least with the Leicester players they've previously shown serious PL & in many case international pedigree prior to last season's collapse.
