what a strange article
lot of waffle without saying anything
rehashing of usual line, will only bring in players if they improve the squad and look at what a squad we've already got in fact.
Dropping in hints that no more signings before Cardiff.....without any direct quote from anyone at Leeds.
Its a really sneaky way of getting into out.
So we might be buying but don't know who and we might be selling but then again maybe not.
Glad they cleared that up.
just shows that the new owners are keeping things in house at the moment. Journo's are having to assume/make stuff up.
I guess that's their job
1. They got us on the cheap
2. Massive reduced the way bill
3. Spent very little
And yet we are still somewhat fancied to get promoted. Savy business tbf
So, all that nonsense about ‘signings being lined up’ was, well, nonsense.
Radz - its impossible to get relegated
Marathe - We will be aggressive in the Transfer window..
Do the math. Ffs.

I listened to his interview again, we're going to be aggressive, we want to go up straight away championship is just a speed bump, blah blah blah.
See comms are still the club's forte.
The cupboard is a little bare methinks. Little wonder with those well thought out loan clauses and payouts for Augustine fee etc
The masters of spin don't know how to spell the word 'skint.'
Still nearly a month to go in the window, there will be comings and probably goings.

Hopefully, but too late for Cardiff, which was point of the article:
"Leeds are unlikely to make any further additions before this Sunday’s season opener against Cardiff City at Elland Road,"

If we did the chances are they wouldn’t start.
These first couple of games will give us more of an indication of where we are at, best to wait and see where we need to strengthen rather than going at it all gung ho. I see no reason to panic buy at this stage.
