I am happy to be accused of being woke.
Woke: aware of and actively attentive to important societal facts and issues (especially issues of racial and social justice). No bad thing in my book.
I really do not like that kit though, feckin awful.
If we signed Andy Robinson or Jon Jo Shelvey, they'd look like Mr Bobby
Friggin awful shirt
The design is nice but fruit salad colours? Nah
"Leeds United and adidas are proud to release our third kit for the 2023/24 season, celebrating the history of Leeds United and Yorkshire".
I am sorry pink and yellow vomit colour, how does it celebrate the history of our club and Yorkshire. And who did they do their research with?

My understanding is that the colours are in tune with those picked for the Leeds City of Culture thing. I'm guessing this is part of that.
"Woke"?
Only fascists and provocateurs use that word, LIW. To anyone else, it's meaningless bollox.
And that disgusting third kit is just incompetent marketing. It's worrying that Marathe has signed off on this. Perhaps he is trying to reach out beyond the UK market? In any case, it's fuqqing horrible and not Leeds.
How do they manage to make these worse every year?
Absolutely awful.
Just needs that stupid salute badge to make the abomination complete.
"With a striking rose, orange and navy colour scheme, the 23/24 third kit is an unmistakable statement to your love of Leeds United"
If there was a Leeds United trans team, that could be their kit.

The only people that think woke is a bad thing are far right lunatics. And who gives a fak what they think.
Reminds me of 'Fruit Salad' or Rhubarb and custard sweets.

Clearly not a Leeds fan.
Not entirely sure what you are basing that opinion on. Pretty sure that Jack for one would would have an opinion relating to the kit but it wouldn't have been a favourable one.
The badge is quite a different matter of course.

Did you not read 'pride' as sarcastic?
Regardless, I think its a bit ghoulish to start deciding what people who are sadly no longer with us would and wouldn't think on these sorts of issues.
Even my black labrador knows that 99% of Leeds fans just wanted a yellow third kit. Its not rocket science is it.
Cant say ill lose any sleep over a bad kit. Theres one every year. Other two are okay in my opinion. Just wish we had white blue and yellow kits

Missed that.
I like the shirt. Unlike the usual insipid yellow, consigned to the bin every season. Here you have a lovely rhubarb and custard Hawaiian style shirt that will be get years of holiday use for those summer trips to the beach… and subsequently can be cut and trimmed to make a fine bandana
No pleasing some people.
Only downside is the badge, which still looks like it was designed by a 10 year old art student.
Need to get some brand consultants in.
Don’t like it. Hated the Stilton kit last year.
Home kit was nice though, not that I bought any. But if I wanted to then I had one I liked. This season I’ve got 2. Will never buy 3 in a season anyway.
Also understand that the purpose of these out there kits is not for us. It’s for the kids. And taking mine to soft play I can see how effective that Stilton kit was. By far the most popular kit with the kids who we need to be wearing it. Kids have awful taste and it’s very useful for the club to appeal to that awful taste with at least one kit a year.
Let them have it. Will pay off in the long run.
It's revolting like a cold bucket of puke... I'm starting to get nervous that our new owners are like Jesse Marsch and full of hot air... they haven't got a clue about "soccerrh" If this shirt design is a representation of their mindset and vision for Leeds United.
The club are in a lose/lose situation.
They do the same classic kits every season and they appease one part of the fan base, but they get accused of asking cash-strapped families to pay £60 for the same kits every season.
If they try different things and put out some alternative designs then the same group criticise them for not sticking to the classic designs.
When was last time we had an all yellow kit 🤷🏻♂️
First time the club comes out with an all yellow
away kit, they won't be able to keep them in stock. They'll fly off shelf.
