With regards to Week 11.. are you all wanting to wait until the weekend of 11th and 12th of November or do you want me to include the previous weekend which would be a mixture of League and League Cup games?

The combination of League and League Cup games all include Premiership teams but would only be a 5 game weekend unless I include a Championship game for this weekend only.

I'll put it out to a consensus vote.

I think you should take the lead here mate and do what you think is best. You probably won't get a consensus anyway. I am fine with whatever you decide. CS has commented too, and has the experience of it.
