5 new signings who can all make an impact on starting games very quickly. Not impossible but the odds are diminishing by the day

Burnley relied heavily on the loan market. Incoming
loans. Not the LUFC variety. I'm almost certain that
part of Farke's confidence is knowing we will sell
Adams, Gnonto and possibly Sini and Hjelde before
the window closes. And that he knows he's getting
4 more Prem level loanees through the door.

Interesting take.

I thought that given Tyler Adam’s is training with the squad and Sini resolving legal issues could mean both may be persuaded to stay (if the right offers don’t come in) - add on another few loans to that and you have a decent 11.

Burnleys results, or any past results from any team in history, Has ZERO influence on ANY of our future matches 👍

Won at Huddersfield on the opening day. Must have missed that one with it being played in July!

Ffs LIW, course it doesn’t. Point is despite the doom and gloom around the place and the 2 poor performances to date - there’s a long way to go. Some seem to have thrown the towel in

Think it’s more about the poor quality of the threadbare squad we’ve got at the moment. Pretty sure Burnley knew precisely who their first 11 and bench were back then.

We’re looking like a clown school right now.

I'm in the camp of let's see who are starting 11 are
in a couple of weeks. And then let's see how Farke
shapes them as a team. Plenty of time.

"But if my grandma had cohones, she’d be my grandpa."

Light, your Grandma isn't a swordtail is she, because if she is that could very well happen!..

As for Farke and how he's thinking, he's been saying since his first day at he club it would be bumpy but would get better towards the end off August, so just maybe he knows a little more than people outside the club know and things will happen that we know nothing about!..

Like people have been saying, we should wait and see what comes before the window shuts and take it from there!..

Can only applaud A14's determination to resist getting sucked into the LUFC Death Spiral narrative...

...but notwithstanding Captain Farke's apparent aura of competence and control, it's not looking good further up the chain of command...

That might be the difference between us and Burnley at this point?

Even so, Farke seems to be doing a great job in the most tremendously difficult circumstances. Hope we can hang on to him.
