Ipswich are without Hirst, a significant loss for them, will leave Chaplin as the main man up front. They have a very fluid attack but look a bit clunky at the back. If Sini and Cree are playing, we could hurt them. And I would expect Piroe to score on his debut, as he will get more service in one game with us than in a season with the Swans.
Sadly, Ipswich attack a lot down their left side and I expect at least one goal to come from that area.
The battle will be won in midfield and without Hirst, I think our wheelhouse of Rodon, Ampadu and Struijk will minimise their threat.
Say it quietly, but I think our first win is on the way. 2-1 Leeds, with Sini and Piroe to stall the tractor boys.

Such is the propensity for news to be pre-announced (if that’s not a contradiction in terms), the arrival of Joel Piroe seems old hat now. Anyway, for the record, welcome to ER Joel Piroe. Hope he does well for us.
Right, so to the game today … I think we’ll do very well to come away with a draw, so I’m going for a 1-1. Probably a Bill screamer again. If Piroe gets on, he might just bag us the winner. Here’s hoping!😁

We've all been looking for signs that a new era of more competent management has dawned. We've all been freaking out because it seemed like Marathe and the 49ers were turning into Haigh and GFH redux with kn0bs on (why is the word "kn0bs" banned FFS?!)
However, much of the deadwood has been cleared (let's not do the maths for the moment) and a threadbare squad has been grinding out points. Farke has not only shown some mettle but also astute management and coaching. Hammond and Steinsson now seem to doing some good deals. FFS we have signed the striker we needed before Bielsa was sacked and it doesn't seem like we've been fleeced.
Things are definitely changing, then.
Felt terrible for the last couple of weeks while all that's been going on. Now I'm feeling reasonably optimistic. A result today would be really just the job at this stage in developments but Ipswich are flying so we'll do well to squeeze a point.
Hoping Piroe, Sinisterra and Summerville start today - that sounds like a really dangerous combination.
