Hands off

Dunno why City would sell him. Too many players in that position maybe I guess
He's already won everything at club level at a young age so the trophies part is checked. He needs games now.
With grealish and the new guy for the left you'd have to assume he isn't going to be getting more than 30 games this season.
A move may well be for the best.
because chelsea have so many fixtures this season..
Just broke into the City team and they sell him. Very odd.

He's been on the fringes for the last 3 seasons.
You'd have to ask why Pep is willing to sell him
Those 2 goals this season is why we’re paying so much for him.
We’ve spent £100m on 2 Man City youth players. 🤦♀️
Embarrassing signing for the fee quoted
Really ?
We've agreed to sell Hall (18) to Newcastle for about 30m:
Palmer (21) for 40m + add ons seems to parr for the course at the moment.
He seems hungry and wants to play, fair play to him imo.
As we know Pep would prefer that the young player exercised patience , similar as Foden has done.
Is the lads strong minded approach a questionable concern regarding his character ?
Not necessarily, but quite possibly. You cant always get what you want, when you want, thats life.
I not yet totally convinced the move will go through, when it's signed it can be relied upon imo.
It depends on how he’s coached, he’s got the potential to be a top drawer player
Surprised at this possible transfer to be fair, only seen snippets of him and a couple of longer views and have thought he looks a baller with potential to develop further?
Foden might have been his benchmark for increasing playing time but also he might want more guaranteed time now, would he get it if the transfer went ahead?
City have another promising wide player in 18 year old, Oscar Bobb and have also just bought Doku.
I think Palmer knows he wasn’t going to slot straight in as a replacement for Mahrez

So City sold Palmer and saved a few Bobb.
He will be able to play behind the striker or on the right which is what Poch wants with Nkuku and Chuk injured. Bags of potential- plays well off others - a Poch type of player. If he can do with him, what he did with Dele Ali, he'll be a bargain at 40m.
