3-1 because we don’t do clean sheets.

4-0.

Piroe gets 2.
Bill bags another.
And Cree.

Let's take it out on Wednesday, 4-1

‘Should’ win this.

Can’t see us keeping a clean sheet.

Will go for a 2-1. Piroe brace.

Any win will do me although a win with a clean sheet would be very welcome.

Hard to believe that Mes kept the most clean sheets for an under-21 keeper in 20-21. Eleven of them! Now they are as rare as rocking-horse $hit. However, the day must come when we do not concede and this could be the one. The transfer window is closed. Let’s get back to the business of football. 2-0 to Leeds, Piroe and Rutter to get us an unspectacular win against limited opposition.

The opposition's view;

Sadly all the euphoria from that playoff semi-final comeback and the win at Wembley has quickly disappeared after a difficult return to the Championship which has seen us lose our first four games. Some slight improvement in our last game saw us lose via a last minute penalty away at Cardiff. Xisco has a very difficult job on his hands and some fans are already turning on him (not me). We have signed lots of players who haven't played in England before nevermind in the Championship which as we all know is one of the world's toughest leagues. I don't expect anything today but cling on to the hope that anyone can beat anyone in this league. I almost picked Leeds in last man standing but couldn't bet against my own team.

Late deadline day deals saw us bring in experienced Championship players Jeff Hendrick and John Buckley although both probably arrived too late to feature today.

Leeds losing Sinisterra so late will feel like a blow but from the outside looking in you have made some decent signings and that squad (more importantly that manager) should mean you mount a challenge. Easy for me to say too but the Premier league seems to get worse every season with the big clubs pulling further away and the others scrapping to stay up. Little Luton should surely have had a penalty in the last minute last night but not given by VAR looked a ridiculous decision to me.

Thanks for your input Sloppy, it's always interesting to see what others think of our current plight.
Seems like your supporters don't have their sorrows to seek either and hope things improve, but not today.

Your comments on the premier league strike a chord with our own support particularly when it comes to the clear bias with VAR.

Feel free to join in the comments today. We're a good bunch and enjoy a bit of banter.

Thank you Earl. I appreciate that. To be honest, I'm a regular visitor to the Leeds board as its the only active Championship board. However, I will be at the game today for my sins <okay>

Decided not to get sucked in to the Sinisterra vortex. Thought one or him, Gnonto or Summerville would be off before the window shut and would have preferred 40m for Gnonto but it was him - and on loan only. It's a rotten outcome for the club but we can at least move on now and get on with it.

Three points and a clean sheet today please.

C'MON LEEEEEEEEEEDS!

Nothing less than 3 points is good enough today against bottom of the league team.

Hope no injuries, new players bed in and Pirie proved no flash in pan.

…and a clean sheet

2-1 Piroe and Summerville. We will make hard work of it, certain of it. Need a lift after being humiliated for a 4th time by a club that should be in the national league

The Wendies with no points come to the gift that is Elland Road, where we hand out points like sweeties...... doesn't bode well.

Watching Sunderland school Southampton.

Clarke and Dack having their way. Very good side.
Done some shrewd window business. They'll be up
at the top of this division and a real threat.

Once again, this division is very tough to get out of.

3-0 not halftime yet. Southampton most of the possession with no end product. Sunderland moving
the ball with ease every time they mount an attack.

Young team too. Solid manager.

Cameron Archer looks great for Sheff U.

Spot on batty, we’ve got our work cut in this division.
Long struggle ahead

Best team in the league for me are Norwich. No reason why we can't push Saints and Leicester for 2nd. League is pretty open tbh.

Attacking wise we are much better this season but with our defence as leaky as it is we will struggle

That team (after the window dust has settled) still
looks very handy to me.
