Thank you for doing the match day thread, Earl. It's always great to read and participate in these, especially when the game is live.
Millwall? Ayah...no thanks, not at this point in the season...
BUT
A new team, a new manager, anything could happen - it's completely unpredictable. Seems to me we now have quite a strong squad. Three points and a clean sheet, please - get in there, Joel Piroe!
COME ON LEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEDS UNITED!
Glad to be back. Ipswich was always an unhappy hunting ground and we won there. Quietly confident we might do tomorrow. Will go 1-2 win, Rutter and Gnonto. Should have too much firepower for them, especially against a side that won't be low blocking from the outset.
Cheers Admin and thanks for the nice comments Jaz.
Yes Shaun it is glad to be back to the league. International break not good when you support Northern Ireland.
Meslier
Ayling Rodon Struijk Byram
Ampadu Kamara
James Summerville Gnonto
Piroe
For me anyway
Leicester dismantled Southampton yesterday.
They are the team to beat in this division. If anyone's
doing a 'Burnley' it's them. Southampton look lost.
Farke teams always start slowly. Hopefully, the break
has got us in gear.
Afternoon all🌞.
So, yes, here we go then … 1-3 for me with Gnonto brace and Coops header😁👍
Need the win to make up for all the dropped points at home but it's notoriously been a real banana skin for Leeds so to come away with anything will be a good result and so I'll say 1-1 but hope we can nick it.
No shocks today atm. All the fancied sides winning.
Cant see Cooper featuring. Farke said hed only trained for a day i think.
Got the hull game mid week so you would expect some rotation.
It's actually nice to be in a position where we can swap out central midfielders
Absolutely no excuses now from Leeds Utd. Biggest club in the league by an absolute mile.
Good sign when you have that many forward players available you dont know who to leave out.
Hopefully its been a good 2 weeks training for the majority of the club.
Only Bamford / Dallas / Firpo / Cooper likely missing tomorrow.
Disappointed with anything less than 3 points
Sorry to burst a few balloons around here, but we are playing in the South Bermondsey Cup Final, not in the Championship. We will batter them all afternoon and lose to a scrappy late goal, 1-0, as per usual.

Nah. Early on, Willy emerges from nowhere to bang home a cross that seems lost.
Millwall push hard but find unexpected resilience and ability in Leeds's defensive midfield, and Meslier deals well with everything that comes his way.
Lateish in the second half, Rutter beats three and plays a sweet dink-ball to the feet of the onrushing Joel Piroe, who tucks it neatly beyond the fingertips of the 'Wall keeper and into the net. 0-2,
You heard it here first .. ,,,
I'd love to see a statement win with Farke's stamp and work on the training ground for the last 2 weeks in evidence, however history and gut feeling from this fixture leans me towards a 1:0 defeat aided and abetted by a dodgy refereeing decision.
I hate the games here and always fear the worst.
However I think we might see another decent display from us possession wise and hopefully this time we find the net!
1-3 Leeds.
Somma? I'd forgotten about him. That seems like a long time ago.
Really like Farke's press conferences. He talks too much but he's a very likeable person and he inspires confidence. It seems like we are in very good hands.
Yes, going to the Den is never generally a happy experience for us. I hope Farke protects Archie Gray from the probability of getting kicked to pieces.
But I think anything can happen and I'm also really hoping for a signature win so we can get some momentum going.
COME ON LEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEDS!
any worries about kavanagh being in charge?

Meslier; Ayling, Rodon, Struijk, Byram; Ampadu, Gray; Summerville, Gnonto, Piroe, Rutter. Subs: Darlow, Cresswell, Shackleton, Gruev, Kamara, Poveda, Anthony, James, Gelhardt.
Strongest bench we have had for a long time.
