Which dead person was mocked here, Busby?
You're taking a tone of deep moral offence about a mockery of a hypothetical death, when on ethical issues involving the erosion of democracy, gross violations of human rights, economic policies that generate misery and death, your response ranges from a cynical shrug to active support. But reading someone joke about urinating on the grave of a still living man - *that's* vile, that's what rouses your profound moral indignation. This is the place that modern conservatism has landed in, I'm afraid. Lacking intellectual rigour and moral foundation; reliant on performative acts and symbols.

Ironically, it sounds very much like virtue signalling.

There's a huge amount of projection in today's political discourse. The Left isn’t immune to this either, but yes, 'virtue signalling' and 'intolerant cancel culture' are both incredibly disingenuous when right-wing discourse is so reliant on symbolic gestures, outrage, and when its elected officials are banning books (and sometimes burning them).

I find Right Wingers moaning about cancel culture hilarious. Dixie Chicks, French Fries, Colin Kaepernick, etc

French fries?

Freedumb fries.

Funny but Light beer of any kind was looked upon by beer drinkers as being a bit gay.

I’m answer to the OP, Diane Abbott.

You've nailed your political colours to the mast clearly enough with that answer, but I'd be curious to understand how you come to ascribe to a woman who has been on the margins of the Labour party for most of her career, particularly when they were in power, the title of most insidious influence on the Western world in half a century. I'd imagine she would be thrilled to live her life again and wield the kind of influence that would make such a judgement seem reasonable.

Would not be surprised if he's one of the many that send her racist abuse on the daily.
