He predicted 5th place. 5th from bottom would have been more realistic 😂
Chelsea have c0cked up big time here and mortgaged their future. Obscene contract lengths and no CL revenue are a match made in hell. Love it 😀

People can change their mind. You lot where posting Klopp out articles last season.
Easy tiger! (k7/19-20)
I as every supporter was prepared to support the new owners & have positivity & aspiration at the start of the season.
As i felt that the ownership could not be so very foolish to build a squad that was not fit for purpose, a realistic effort at challenging for a top 5 finish considering what the consequences may well be for a FFP breach
I do not have the benefit of a crystal ball, and not supporting the owners efforts at the start of the season imo would not be something as a life CFc supporter i would wish to do.
My personal aspirations were for a fifth place finish, which has been very clearly stated in most of my comments and articles, were also aired with a sense of caution as i was not at convinced that the squad had the right balance or the right strength in depth.
But after 6 games and the fact we have dropped 13 points, i personally have seen enough to know that the people who have bought my football club are completely spark fckn out.
They have not understood / or did they learn the lessons of the first two shopping trips into the transfer market, and have continued to player bank with out first ensuring that they gave the manager a squad that had enough strength in depth to compete at the top end of the table.
They have spent 3.5 bln + and taken the squad back to pre 1997 levels of competitive ability.
Yes we many have a squad of talented individuals, but we do not have a team capable of competing for European football, and may well face the rest of the seasons struggling to stay above the relegations places.
This is imo is inexcusable , it is totally unnecessary and is an issue that may well effect the several seasons to come.
Personally i would like to see the back of these guys, but that is not going to happen any time soon unfortunately.
Still i suppose Hicks and Gillett did the same at Anfield

To be fair a lot of us were saying this over 12 months ago when you started spending obscene amounts of money on mostly dross. Chelsea fans were ecstatic, rather foolishly believing that spending shiiit loads of money must guarantee success - it had worked under Abramovic after all.
I think the rest of us looking in could see a slow motion car crash which is now starting to completely unravel. An absolute mess of a club who quite rightly are getting everything they deserve
oh how very pompous of you.
Well seeing that you do have the benefit of a crystal ball , did see the train reck that took your club down a division.
What happed did the kid that tookover stop spending & loose interest in the Leicester City dream ?
99 problems is a bipolar wum, ignore him. He'll announce his departure from the site and delete his account again any day now.
I think you're very unbalanced and I don't like the way the team has set up their contracts but you're in a false position.
Too many good players to have to battle relegation. If they give poch the season I think you'll finish top half.

He needs a cold shower.
Chelsea would have been better spending 1bn on 7/8 of the worlds best players and keeping some of the fringe players they already had to play around them.
Having loads of money isn't the full equation clearly. You need people who know what they are doing with it and as a Utd fan I know that lesson more than most. The Glazers allowed Ed Woodward to waste about £1bn too and look where it got us.
When I heard Boehly was going into the dressing room last season at the end of the games I knew you were destined to crash and burn.
maybe Chelsea and Man-united can swap owners? Glazers to the bridge.. Boehly to old trafford
Can't believe Chelsea have only one 3 out of their last 20 PL games, that is actually insane.
Boehly and Pochettino, a combination set up for failure. Pochettino was clueless how to stop the slump in the Prem when he was at Spurs. I have been in a constant battle with my own supporters of just how overrated he was. He had Spurs best side for perhaps 30 years at his disposal, but couldn't win a bean. Laughably must of our fanbase wanted him back.
Following on.
To be very clear, imo its not that i think the players are poor , its to early to tell.
I do actually believe that individually they are decent young footballers with huge potential, but the owners have not put a squad together with anywhere the right strength in depth to first maintain a realistic challenge for a 5th place finish or to compete this season at a top6 level considering the strengths and condition of the teams realistically fighting for a top 4 finish.
Im happy with Poch, despite the results the team is playing reasonably well for periods in every game, but the areas of weakness are glaringly clear.
We do not have a clinical finishing ability, its hard to see where the goals are going to come from at the moment.
Gusto is out as he picked up a red card, James is injured.
The squad doesn't yet have leadership or the right depth unfortunately.
I personally cannot see the reasoning with the make up of this squad, i do not think i am on my own with this.
Its definately not Poch's fault , this lys with the Owners and the sporting directors. Fckn clowns imo.

Glazers out,
I cant really agree with the going the whole hog view & spending the 1bln budget on a small group of big name players.
It didnt work for Utd, did it?
But i do think we should added to the strength in depth & spent 300m on the right 3/4 top quality experienced players who could have ensured the side stayed competitive at a top 4 level , whilst also guiding and supporting the younger players through their first couple of seasons.
I find it astonishing how these guys have got it so wrong and at each opportunity to right the situation they continue misread the situation
Ive come to the conclusion they see the club, first as a cash cow , a vehicle for generating ways to create dividends from the brand, loading debt , turning Stamford bridge into a multi sport entertainment centre ( on the footballing side they are not proving to be to clever )
They continue to player bank, instead of building a squad with a purpose.
They have been arrogant, clumsy and foolish with their investment.
They have totally disrespected the the clubs grass roots support in the way they have gone about whatever they want to call , what they have done since they took over.
They said trust the process, we are serious .
What a fckn blag imo!
