Rice has been brilliant for us so far this season, one of our best players.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Rice has been very good at the things that are easy to see for the MotD watchers. The other things, not so much.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
What a truly terrible take.

Yeah, someone had Udogie in their XI

Great player

for 19 year old who received a yellow card from a banker ref after only 15 mins, and then put Saka in his pocket in the second half that's some doing!!

How’s cardano doing?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Well, you are of course referring to price but that's right where it's supposed to be at this point in the market cycle. This is how crypto market cycles work. Bitcoin bleeds for 2 years and alt coins bleed even heavier.
Research & development, above and beyond any other cryptocurrency. Same for the community, it makes the top list for brand loyalty of all brands worldwide, ahead of BTC as well: https://www.essentialcardano.io/article/cardano-is-the-highest-ranking-crypto-brand
TVL has been increasing in a macro bear market, very impressive, no other crypto has achieved that.
Future is VERY bright and this bear market is nearly over. 2024/2025 will see it at minimum $5, more likely $8-12 but could even be $15.

🤣🤣🤣
All this nonsense about Arsenal injuries, thought Farteta had 2 players for every position?
Anyways, they had a few injuries so did we, Bentancur, Perisic, GLC were important misses, then we had to take Maddison off, Brennan had to come off too.
We don't have 2 players for every position, taking Maddison and Son off kinda killed off our attacking prowess. We had no Perisic or GLC to bring on to maintain some creative element.

Agree, Saka completely vanished after the deflected goal. He is vastly overrated anyway, but Udogie just got better and better as the game progressed. Top player.

Yeh excuses don't wash.
arsenal needed a dubious pen and an OG to scape a point. says it all.
I reckon their players are still celebrating their second goal
facking mugs
Nothing dubious about the penalty, nailed on. The own goal was due to the pressure on Spurs .
Spurs relied on Jorginho to fack up to score.
Spurs celebrations for that second goal were as much, if not more, as Arsenals - strange you just hang on to Gary Nevilles words so easily.
Spurs fans comparing missing a couple of bench warmers/reserves to us missing:
Martinelli
Trossard
Partey
Timber
Rice after 45 minutes
Hilarious.
Thought most teams could only field 11 players
Good day Edin
Point is we lost both 1st and 2nd choice players in two key positions, left forward and defensive midfield (once Rice got injured).
Losing Partey also meant we couldn't put out a strong enough midfield to start with, Partey & Rice together would have been our best bet of dealing with your midfield imho.
Finally I strongly believe Timber would have started this game as he looked better defensively than both our current fullbacks and is very good on the ball.
You only really had one position where there wasn't a first choice player available. I think turning to injuries as some have is pretty laughable - it's not like Utd's situation. Both teams fielded strong lineups with one starter missing.
I do wonder what will happen to Saka though, that seemed like a bad injury the way they fell.
No, we had a position where there wasn't a first OR SECOND choice player available.
Then less than half way through the match (given the 10 minutes of stoppage time) we lost another player and no longer had a first OR SECOND choice player available there even, in central midfield and as I mentioned these two midfielders are our best two and would have been many fans pick to start the match together.
First or second the horror
It is horror when your third choice is Jorginho for a top level PL match against a strong midfield.
It is horror when your manager makes an even bigger mess of it and instead of playing Smith-Rowe or Nelson as the third choice LF he moves your best striker there to put Nketiah through the middle
Nketiah suited your pressing structure better than all the players listed
Smith Rowe presses well, Nelson would have had bags of energy and we witnessed Nketiah be useless for the entire 104 minutes, his pressing wasn't even great.
