Are you in a Moldovian prison?
Listening to Led Zeppelin IV.
Still the greatest album until I change my mind next week
Got U-Tube on on my TV and watching a mix of metal, rock, and all the loud stuff!..
And now here seeing what others are up to!.
Just home from coaching Uni tennis team, picking my son up from his tennis squad and wolfing down a microwave dinner whilst planning this weekends club championships.
1am . Just got in after an amazing Cretion pork chop, better than any t-bone, and several Ouzos
And 2 Lufc streams this week better than I can get in U.K., even without a VPN !π‘
finger .........bum..........peanut butter ......
Thanks all (well, most allπ) for your ‘slice of life’ moments in time. Interesting stuff π (but I’ll go for jam on my toast rather than the peanut butter π).
Right now I’m awaiting the dry afternoon promised in York so that I can clean my Ford Puma before she goes in for her first MOT on Thursday.

Cool - a huge effort from you both. Will it be just a hobby or maybe springboard to college tennis in US or even better?
My nephew does similar but his boy is U12 now, I think? I think he said #2 nationally at age but that seems too good - maybe it was county? He's coaching too and considering it FT instead of teaching.
Good luck. Been there with my own lad different sport.

Expectations get tempered as you go through the journey.
Chance of making it as a pro as a fraction of a percentage point.
So I'm realistic about that. He's enjoying his tennis, he's fit, avoids the bad kids hanging out in parks, knows how to pick himself up after defeats, how to problem solve and in coaching for me knows how to inspire others and particularly enjoys disability coaching, got a wise head on his shoulders through tennis.
My main aim is that we're still speaking to each other as can be hard journey as sports parent, as you know

….and did you know that if you half-chew half a Chocolate McVities Digestive, then take a slug of whiskey…the taste absolutely smashes around your mouth like nothing on earth! Since I discovered this I’ve been sad enough to try it with different biscuits but it only works with McVities, and only chocolate!π³
If you like scotch, you HAVE to try it. π
