Oh no. He was a genius signing by Mackay and was a big part of the 1975 title win. He will always be thought of as a Man City player first and foremost, as is proper, but nobody should forget his Derby period.

Great player. Had a poster of him and Mike Summerbee as a birthday present.

Not a recent birthday obviously. I would be nine!

It was a mistake by Ronnie, but Moseley might have made an effort to cut out the cross. Moseley replaced the excellent Colin Boulton half way through the season, big mistake.

We had a front 3 of Hector, George and Lee, with Rioch and Gemmill in midfield, not to mention McFarland and Todd at the back... weren't we lucky to watch players like that.

Another one from that era gone, when tackles were really tackles!

Heb I went to that match at Maine Road. I mistakenly stood with the City fans who had moved from the end of the ground to the terracing on the side. When Lee scored after tons of abuse for the City fans I broke into the Small Faces song...I had to make a quick exit!

Made me chuckle when I read that he scored 35 goals for City one season, but 15 were penalties...I bet he dived for most of them!
